Nick did a great job and diagnosed the problem right away to my commercial ice machine.
Nick showed up earlier then expected and was able to get our beer cooler working. These guys always do what they can for us and i am very grateful to them.
Justin Dickerson and Kurtis Altenbach were very professional and very informing. They arrived on time and introduced themselves in a very friendly way. They were not overbearing and calm and collected when I asked questions I was not privy to. Most definitely an experience that made me want to be a return customer.
When my air conditioning was not working last summer they came out and did a great job fixing it. My air conditioning stopped working again this year and they came out and told me that it is working and I have to live with it the way it is.
The service technician (Nick) did a great job Only problem was that neither him nor I could find the thermostat Was able to locate it an the job was done. Great company to work with an local.
Had a great experience using Pacific Air for maintenance on my A/C system. The technician was fantastic to work with, good information, and detailed work. Will use again in the future!

Bud did an awesome job flushing, cleaning and inspecting my tankless water heater. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the company is that in my humble opinion charging $150/hr for travel time both ways seems excessive. Otherwise I’m very happy with the service.
Bud and Kurtis were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient, and we greatly appreciated their professionalism! We were very impressed with the quality of their service, and we will be sticking with Pacific Air for all our HVAC needs.
Review from Spokane Valley, WA... Main job was: New central AC unit (2.5 ton, 30,000 btu, 14 seer) replacement for 1,300 sqft house... I called a local company that I have used in the past. Their quote was obviously too high. I wanted a 2nd estimate. My mom had used >Pacific Air< in 2020 for her AC replacement, so she called them and they showed up promptly. Long story short, they came in at a great price, nearly $2,000 less than the 1st bid... I accepted their bid. A few days later, 2 guys showed up to do the work ( 1 of the 2 guys was the guy that gave me the bid that sealed the deal. I like that), they did everything; duct work, new AC pad, wiring, vents. The new unit is great. It's way quiter, more efficiant, and a great addition to my house. I could go on and on, and on... Bottom line, Pacific Air gets 5 stars from me and my family. With the caution that this is a review from the initial work done in the last few hours. This is not a long term test review
Bud was very friendly and professional. He answered all my question and reprogrammed my thermostat.

We just moved into our new house and I sourced the HVAC business from the installed devices. Our scheduled Professional Bud Deshazo arrived onsite ontime as promised. He was on task as soon as he began the maintenance and was thorough with his inspection. He discovered a failing part and replaced it quickly. After completing the repair and maintenance, we have agreed to begin a scheduled maintenance Service with Pacific Air & Refrigeration LLC and request that Bud Deshazo continue to be our technician for our home. Very positive experience for us!
I run a Laundromat and it was time to clean the duct work to my commercial sized dryers Curtis was prompt and professional he went the extra mile to make sure my dryers were running at peak performance he work all day long on my 46 dryers and they are all working better then ever! I'll definitely be calling this company again in 6 months after the busy summer months to remove the lint build up again! Thanks!
Adam did a great job in assessing the issues I had with my hvac system, and helped find the solution that best fit my needs. Will definitely be using them again.
Bud did a great job of trouble shooting our humidifier issue and getting the system up and running. He took the time to explain the problem and offered tips for future maintenance and operation. I found him to be very knowledgeable and personable. A good experience overall.

They installed the gas lines for my apartment. Wesley did a fabulous job. He was easy to work with and very professional. He was always on time and his work was done quickly. I would highly recommend him to others.
