My AC went out recently, I got a quote from a few other companies; however, Bill's heating and air gave me one of the most affordable options. Not only was this service affordable but also quick! They got me scheduled next day and the individuals who came by were very respectful and answered any questions or concerns I had! Would recommend this company to anyone needing any heating or air help!

Yesterday we had a new air condition installed for Brandy Miller, my daughter in law. The technicians, Brandon and Billy were wonderful. They explained everything as they went along. I appreciated how friendly they were and how neat they were as they worked. It was all very fast and efficient. They are a great representation of your company. Thank you, Kathy Farrar

Taylor was so good and so thorough I am pleased to sing his praises. He not only fixed the problem electrical problem with the air conditioner but traced down a further problem that went all the way to the furnace in the Attic and discovered that wires there had melted. He repaired those also. Now our air conditioner works well. I was very pleased that Bill's company would do the work for us whereas others that I called said it would be about a week. It's july. It's hot. We have company coming. Bill's did the job and did it well.
Oren Stiles did an excellent job installing our new heat pump and air handler. He explained the new system very well and made sure all questions were answered before leaving. Thank you for making the install stress free for us!
Brandon and Billy removed all of our old equipment and replaced both the AC and the furnace with new, efficient products. They did a great job and Bill's offers 18 month same as cash financing that made it easy to replace the equipment even though it was unexpected.
Tyler left a great impression and represented the company well. showed up within a hour of my call was very informative and professional. Knew what he was doing with confidence. Would recommend this company to anyone.
Called to have them help me understand my new homes air cleaner system. Once it was clean it wouldn’t come back on. I called the next day and a second technician came out but was unable to resolve the issue. Third time was a charm and everything is working well again.
Bill's Heating was recommended by friends who'd had systems installed by Bill's. Scheduling an estimate was easy, as was the actual install of the new H20 tank. They beat the price of the other company. All employees were polite and helpful.
Always professional. They installed furnace, AC, and tankless water heater in one morning. They got creative with the exhaust vents in our older home. 1 year in and everything works flawlessly.
Super price and excellent service. Taylor is amazing and So is Chris. I got a bigger, more efficient unit for less than what I was quoted locally. Very nice, professional, quick, and clean!!
Our AC went out and Bill’s was the only one who would even show up to give us an estimate. They set us up with portable AC until they could come in 2 days later for the install. Travis and his partner arrived on time and finished early. The new system works so much better and we where very happy with everyone we interacted with from Bill’s. They even left us a years supply of filters!
River came out to our house to do our yearly heating and a/c maintenance. He was great! He found 2 issues with our a/c that we did not know about. He had to order a part, and it came in the next day. He came out and replaced the part and the day after the part came in. He was very thorough.
Lucas sold us the unit and does the follow up and Jason did the install. I can't even say enough nice things about these guys. Bill's Heating and Air is lucky to have them and I would recommend Bill's any day!
Bills was great to work with! Jesse and Matt came early morning swapped out the old for the new. The work was clean and professional. The new system works wonderful. Will always recommend Bills for any HVAC work needing done. Thank you!
We had Jesse Hepner and Brennan Hamilton and they were so amazing! definitely recommend the company especially these two they were kind and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were even kind to our pets.
Outstanding service!! It was a weekend 85 degrees and the air conditioning stopped working. I called three other Hvac companies in the Spokane area none of them returned my call. Bill's Hvac returned al my calls, diagnosed my equipments problems and was able to give me a repair quote immediately. I would recommend Bill's Hvac to anyone who wants quality work at a reasonable price!!! Lew

AAA++* I’ll continue to refer every potential customer to you who will listen to good advice! —— Addendum for INSTALLERS: Google wouldn’t allow me to give new feedback for the New Furnace and A/C installation today (“you already left feedback for this company”), so I’m adding this for the AWESOME techs at my house today! Two installers - Gavin and “Texas,” performed my installation. Great communication, on time, friendly, professional, perfect in every way, even helped me put some heavy bags away, thoughtful of my stroke! I also met the two electricians from Bill’s named “Andrew” and “C.J.”, who were so efficient that they were done before I even knew they were here, but I met both and was impressed! Everyone was awesome and helpful, and explained the new equipment well. I can’t think of anything they could have done better! Thank you so much!! Chuck
Kyle and Brandon installed a new furnace and AC unit in our home today and we can't say enough good about them! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and loved our dog! We feel they went over and above and made us very happy we decided to go with Bill's Heating and AC.
