We were having water coming up through our shower and toilets. Jason came out very quickly after we called and did a very thorough inspection. He gave us some options and quotes but also gave us some tips and tricks. Will definitely be calling Right Now in the future
I am very happy with the service of Right Now Heating & A/C! Living up to their name they quickly sent out a technician (Rob) who troubleshooted my problem and then provided me with options to correct it. I chose to have them replace my entire system as they provided a real good deal. To get me through the weekend they temporarily installed window A/C units until they arrived just 2 days later for the system replacement. It took them a day to install everything and have my house comfortable again. As far as the installation went I can say that they exceeded my expectations (based upon the previous company I used). They completely rebuilt the ductwork that was shoddily done from said previous company. It now looks and functions like what you would find in a new house. Like I said earlier, they exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier!
I sent a text message to them on Saturday and they responded to me on Sunday and had someone there Monday morning. Where it was a holiday I thought that nothing would happen until after the 4th, so it was a pleasant surprise to have it happen so fast. My husband said how impressed he was with Joe. He came in and got right to work, he was quick and efficient in what he did to fix our air conditioner. It works perfectly now, just in time to stay cool and comfortable from the heat.
Jacob arrived promptly and was both professional and kind from the start. He introduced the other gentleman he was training and then got to work. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough working both in and outside of the house. I'll be recommending him to anyone looking to have their heating and cooling maintained or repaired. Thank You!
Jason was absolutely amazing! Not only did he completely resolve our clog issue, he was so very respectful of our personal requests and wishes! I cannot recommend Jason enough, or adequately express just how much I absolutely loved our experience or how literally awesome and efficient he was. Such a gem! Please call for Jason when you’re in a pickle, and really need some compassionate help!
Carlos was excellent to work with installing power for our new mini split system. He was very professional and recommended the best conduit placement. Highly recommend!
Scott was very friendly. However, they were supposed to come scope our pipe to give us an estimate for repairs. They did not scope and had to borrow tools from my husband to do a cursory look. Told us everything was fine for now. 4 days later we have flooding again because they didn't actually scope the drain.
Jason showed up early, much appreciated, than expected appointment time. Looked at the issue and gave me a quote and started the work. While working, he didn't seem to mind my questions, which I appreciate so I can learn to do it the next time.... Hopefully it won't happen again. Very polite and professional.
Thaddeus is a pleasure to have working on our AC unit. When he discovered it was an oddball AC, he stuck with it and is now an expert on this system. Had a backup flood our basement within days of moving. Jason and Robert did a great job getting the problem fixed quickly and were both courteous and effective. I will definitely use Right Now again. Thanks Jason and Rob!

You asked me for a review, you got it! I signed up at Home Depot for a $49 review/ tuneup of our home A/C system. Yesterday a fellow from Right Now, Fernando, came to our home and did just that. But along with the inspection he provided me with an invaluable resource of information about the system. His explanations about what we found were very helpful. Translation of technical numbers into the practical reality ain’t always easy. I gained a lot of understanding about the air conditioning system, and it was really enjoyable. And I had questions; and really, I gained more understanding of the system and real confidence in Fernando’s expertise and explanations. Our system is about 20 years old, so what I learned, you could say, can be translated into avoiding any problems and saving money. And I learned a lot, thanks to the technician, Fernando. And thanks again!
The technician arrived within a few minutes of the stated time - in fact a little early. He completed the work and so far the system is functioning well. Good value for the work done.
We had Brandon with Right Now Heating to service our A/C and water heater. He showed up as expected, on time, and was extremely professional throughout the service call. We will use Right Now and Lowes in the future for all our needs moving forward!
Fernando came to our house on Sunday we were having hvac issues, he went through the hole system made sure everything was functioning correctly. He was really laid back and professional and got our hvac running efficiently he explained everything as he was doing and how the system works, 5 star rating because he is honest a family man and got everything running superb and knew what he was doing. 💯
Arrived on time, explained what he was going to do on the furnace. Went about his work efficiently and filling out his report for me to sign. Ask if I had questions or concerns he could address. Thaddeus was congenial and considerate. You are fortunate to have him as an employee.
Did a good job inspecting system and cleaning exterior unit. Disappointed that they couldn't clean the interior coils because of the type of system I had, but overall I'm happy with the service received for the price. Friendly, clean, knowledgable, professional technician.
Luis was timely in giving a bid and more importantly was able to get out to do the job the next day! He and his partner showed great care and creativity to solve a variety of electrical issues on a remodel to my 20 year old townhouse. They cleaned up everything, were efficient at the work and everything works great! Would hire them again in a second!! Thank you, Luis!
