I had a problem with my heat/a/c unit, and got an estimate from another company. They told me a list of problems and gave me a quote for a lot of money. I called Carter and they came right away, checked everything and besides needing a seasonal cleaning, gave it a clean bill of health. Saving me a couple thousand dollars! My thermostat had gone out and was able to get service within 30 mins of calling Carter comfort systems. Andrew was very helpful and professional throughout the process and was able to fix the problem the same day. I would recommend to anyone who wants great reliable service.

Called as soon as they opened and they had a tech out within an hour. Very professional and explained everything to me so I understood. Checked everything and helped clean up my coils to help heat the house better. Highly recommend this company and will be using them for any HVAC needs we have!

We decided to give them a call and are happy to add our "thumbs up" to the others. We just had Andrew come by and inspect our system and give us some advice on what we can do to make sure it functions better going forward. Professional, polite and careful. We appreciate him taking the time to educate us and not just "get the job done and go".
andrew from carter comfort systems recently serviced my home I was very impressed with their quality of work. I called in the morning and they were at my home in the early afternoon. He diagnosed my problem and explained what he needed to do in a very clear and proffresional fashion..I highly reccomend carter comfort systems to anybody that is in need of hvac services.
New home and 8 degrees outside we soon realized our furnace was turning itself off. We needed help beyond replacing the filter. Our furnace had a Carter Comfort System sticker with a phone number and soon Andrew was quickly checking all the usual problems and was able to remedy some long over due maintenance. We highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. I used them for some work on my furnace and now my AC and every step has been a great experience. As long as I live in the Treasure Valley, I will only use this business.

We can’t say enough good about Carter Comfort Systems. Barry and his team performed a thorough pre-inspection of our old system and provided us with the right information to make an informed decision of the type of system we wanted. Not only did Carter upgrade our system, but also relocated the heat pump unit on the other side of our home and made several improvements for higher efficiency. We couldn’t be happier.

Great customer service. Carter Comfort installed a ductless mini-split heating and cooling system in my home this past summer. It is easy to maintain and very quiet. My home is far more comfortable. The staff was very nice durring instillation and I have called a few times with questions and the customer service is always fast and friendly. Thank you!
