Best service EVER! If anything goes wrong it's fixed almost immediately!
We have been a Kovack customer for over five years and have a service contract for maintenance on the system we purchased from them. They are always easy to deal with and do a great job for us. I highly recommend them to anyone need HVAC installation or service!
Mike and his team are incredible responsive and effective. We maintain our units on yearly contract which is worth every penny. They are proactive with service calls and repairs have always been completed either same day or next. Highly recommend this company!
Had them put in a train in my house a year later growing mold under my house it’s now so bad that everything is ruined things that I can’t even get back! They refused to go under my house when it was installed they cut into my house to put the unit in and just jammed it in to my house. Had someone come out just ran around with his words told me that the boss would call me by this afternoon and never received a phone call. I had called back the front office lady had then audacity to tell me that they are so behind like it’s my problem. Now I’m going through another person to clean up a mess that you cause that you don’t want to fix. I will never use them again nor will I offer there service to anyone I know.
We purchased a whole house generator. Kovak & his guys were super nice, and my husband liked them & wanted to give them a start at generators. The unit they recommended is a Kohler, and Kovak has been out a handful of times then calling for Kohler to come out. Took them 2 -3 months to come, but it would run its rest weekly for a few months then quit. Now Kovak won't even return my calls. My husband has passed, and I think it is the wrong way to treat a customer. Another company is here now and tells me the size we were sold is not EVEN close to what it should be. A 1600 Sq. Ft. Home, and his mistake on putting in the improper unit has caused much frustration and anger. Dishonest is the only way to classify this very nice clan...be VERY careful!!

Mr. Scott is awesome. He provided us with a very professional and efficient service. He quickly replied to our quote and came to repair our steam generator the next day. The price is very reasonable. If we need HVAC service next time, we will definitely contact their company.
Kovack Mechanical was very responsive to my needs, scheduling a service call quickly. The technician showed up on time, troubleshot the problem and clearly explained repair options. Very happy with level of service.
Bill came out promptly and had our AC running again in no time. We called Kovac at 4 one day and they were here by 9 the next morning. We had another company come out first and they told us our system had to be completely replaced so we called requesting a second opinion. He saw we had a leak that could be welded to fix and there were no other leaks that the other company found. Very honest man, could have easily quoted us another system and we wouldn't have known better. Would happily use them again.

I called yesterday afternoon. They came out first thing this morning. How’s that for fast service?! Very courteous and friendly. They fixed my problem in under an hour and now it’s nice and cool here. Highly recommend!

A major heater of our church facilities stopped working properly. I called Kovac Mechanical approximately 8:30 the next morning, and by about 10:00 the Kovac technician was on the premises! In about an hour the technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it. What incredible service! Kovac has provided our church prompt and efficient service as long as we have used them.
Bill called in advance, showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the repairs efficiently. Can’t ask for more. Great job y’all!
I had a great experience with Kovack. They really seem to care about their customers. I have and will continue to recommend them. They listened to my concerns and addressed each one, and gave me a variety of options that would best fit my situation. Scott was who assisted me. He was really personable and not at all pushy. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me at any point. I had several estimates from different companies, they were the best choice. If you need service or a system replacement like me, I would highly recommend giving them a chance to get your business.
