I was very impressed with the young man that came out to solve our problem. Tristan was very professional and knew what he was doing. We will definitely use America's Heating and Air for all of our needs in the future.

We have used America's Heating and Air before, and we have been satisfied with the service every time. We use them for our homes and business. They are always very responsive, timely, keep you updated on progress, explains what's happening with your unit, and I appreciate them giving me the estimated cost before they start the repair/install. AC/HVAC repair can be very costly and therefore somewhat intimidating! I've never felt like they were trying to get over on us, the cost always seems reasonable considering. Great service, great value...why change now?! Thanks Amy and Thomas; Be SWEET!
My AC went out on one of the hottest days we’ve had yet. Within a few hours, a technician was at my house diagnosing and fixing the problem. He arrived earlier than expected and the company texted to make sure that was okay. In under an hour, my AC was working again and my questions were answered. The tech was personable and polite. The price was fair. I will definitely call them for all future AC needs.

We used American Heating and Air to install a New AC unit. When they arrived Thomas explained I needed my Air ducts n vents cleaned before the new install. Which I then had done. A week later American came back to install the new AC and Thomas nicely asked why I didn't have my Vents and ducts cleaned. I stated I did. Well Thomas explained that no they did not do a good job. I come to find out that the Company we hired Peach Tree cleaning did not do the proper job cleaning my Vents n ducts but American did the best they could clearing them out during the install. I had a problem getting the peach tree Duct cleaning company to come back and do the proper job. I had called American to come back for a check up on my AC due to Covid we weren't having people in. Thomas came a few days Later and they pointed out a few things that the Duct cleaning company again did wrong but American fixed it for me. American was prompt, they not only cleaned up after themselves but they cleaned up after another company. I'm very happy we chose American. They are profession , curtious, prompt and friendly. I'd recommend them and I choose them again.

Thomas and the team installed a heating and air conditioning system in my basement and did a phenomenal job. Other companies told me I'd have to remove my ceiling Thomas installed it quickly professionally and for a great price now they are the only team I trust.

I have used them 3 times now and they have always sent the same person. The prices are low and they show up within a few hours depending on when I've called never more than 24 hours before they can come out. They are amazing.
Once again I had wonderful service from America's Heating and AC. I had an issue that I emailed about on Sunday and had a reply Monday morning and KC was at my house Monday afternoon. The BEST Heating and AC company I have ever used. I will not use anyone else. Thank you again for GREAT service!
What an amazing experience I had with this company. I will always use and recommend them. The service was by far the very best I have ever had from a heating and AC company. They were on time, very knowledgeable, courteous and the pricing was very reasonable. They had the complete unit in and cleaned up within a few hours. I was amazed at how fast the office replied back to "all" my emails and answered all my questions for me. Just an amazing company and a great group of people. Thank you Thomas, Casey and Amanda for a great job. There was another young man that I didn't get his name but was great also. It is great when you find a company that does awesome work for a reasonable price and that is dependable. Thank you again!
WOW! Amazing experience! This company has the professionalism, customer care (remember that? They do!) and well trained technicians who replaced our entire a/c unit. Our new unit is working efficiently and providing great comfort! They are a true team from the office to the service (all excellent)! We also had issues with uneven cooling in our front 2 bedrooms (warmer than rest of house). Thomas and his crew readily fixed this problem and we now have even cooling throughout the house! Very grateful for such a fantastic experience replacing our system and making our home more comfortable!
