My technician, Cortes, was courteous and professional. He had my air conditioner repaired promptly. He explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions.
Update 7.6.2024 from last review: I had a reason to go in my attic and discovered that my air handler was leaking air from around the access door... I called We Care.. They said someone would be in contact soon and would come out to look at the situation ....Ayoung man by the name of Ryan Lawrence reached out to me, set up an appointment, came out and repaired the problem promptly... He had great communication skills he was honest about the repair, he was friendly and assured me if I had any more problems that they would be corrected.... I have never experienced this level of customer service... What a great employee!.... Over and beyond! Ryan is the installation manager and has unbelievable customer service skills ...Cortez tech....friendly & professional... Thank you....
I called We Care last week because my lines kept freezing up. David Klefforth came out on Saturday, Sunday and Monday troubleshooting the issue ( it was a holiday weekend). I was so impressed! Not only was he very efficient but he had a keen since of humor which was welcome during my heat stroke, lol lol surely she let me I’ve been so ‘cool’ these last several days, thank you. I’m aware that my unit must be replaced, soon but money is so tight these days.
Colin B. and his crew were on time and did a great job installing our mini split. ... he took the time to give us pointers on how to maintain our new system. We are totally satisfied with the customer service Colin and his crew provided.
Steven Zimmer came out to replace a part. He did a great job. Had to have him come back to check something and he was back the same day. Air is working perfectly. Always have a good experience with We Care, it's apparent that they Do Care!
I am so grateful for them. Broke unit before 4 July. They made a special trip out simply because I am a disabled Air Force veteran taking care of me mum and granddaughter and using ice packs under the arms to keep cool. Thank you so much David. Brilliantly perfect professionalism and kindness. Give him a raise. Thank you for helping me.
Mr. Cortez Hodges came as scheduled. He examined the inside and outside AC unit, diagnosed the issue of leakage and suggested some options. He worked delingently, and completed the job successfully. I do recommend him.
Jacob was very prompt and respectful. He had it fixed within a short time and stayed to make sure the temperature started lowering. I'll ask for him everytime.
My AC went out. As always they handled it professionally and at a reasonable cost. Cortez is our tech and he always does a good job.
Came out and diagnosed problem. Cheerful friendly and professional. System replacement quotes were more than I expected but everything is outrageous since covid. Keeping We Care in mind after I get other quotes.
My hats off to Holly Connell that worked up an awesome deal so that we wouldn't be in the heat! Also, couldn't have asked for a better person to go and give me an estimate than, Will Sheppard! Any questions that I had or concerns they were BOTH on top of it! Will even checked after the technician installed my unit. Thank you Holly & Will! Awesome experience with We Care!
We would like to thank Alexander Stokes, service technician for coming to our house on a holiday weekend to fix our air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and spent hours ensuring everything was perfect. Great customer service. We would recommend him again in the near future for the maintenance of our system.

Cortez was super friendly and knowledgeable, Immediately addressed our problem and showed us all the different options for fixing our thermostat issue. A bit on the higher side of pricing but worth it in my initial experience 👍

Air conditioning technician David Klefforth could not be more satisfied and grateful for David's accuracy in finding and fixing air conditioning problems and for the advice he gave. Without question, I experienced that the results of his work speaks for his excellent accumulated skills. Not only was I very satisfied with the great results, but also, I was very impressed by his problem-solving skills. His professionalism, judgment, and ability to execute surprised me.
I love these folks!!! Always on time, polite, and explains any issues. Had the yearly maintenance done today on my AC units by ADAM. He was very efficient and told me that the only issue he found was a huge wasp nest in my attic!! He was, as expected, polite, explained what he was doing, what he did, etc. Again, I love these folks!!

Good communication, friendly and clean. Will Shepard came home and explain everything easy to understand, he work on my credit and set an installation for next day. Next day in about 4 to 5 hours I had a good cold filling again. Fast and clean.😎
