Great folks to do business with
Spoke with Lane about issues with my AC units. The turnaround for the technician to come out was immediate. Problem was solved less than 10 minutes every time I use their service. Very professional team, reasonable prices, knowledgeable, and accommodating. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you guys again!!!

I have had a few problems with my HVAC in my house since I moved in March 2020. Every time they come out, they diagnose the problem quickly and explain what happened so I can make sure I take care of my system in the future. They always take good care of me, and provide the best quality service. So far I've had Joey, Rusty and Wayne at my house, and they have all been courteous, knowledgeable and expedient. I will never call another company.
Lane was on time. He serviced our air conditioner. Friendly and professional.

Byron, GA. First, I rarely do these reviews. But as my old AC/Heater died and needed to be replaced. Thankfully a friend told me to call Harbin. Service all around was Truly Exceptional. Pricing was "Good" and the overall installation and replacement service was prompt, courteous, and professional. They were a pleasure to do business with. Big Thanks, to "Lane".... Who came out and did my work. I now have a "Ace" HVAC Expert/Friend, I really Trust.
Great company & great staffs. We have many rental houses, so we requested services that you can only imagine. We been using HHA for many years now. They did great job on any problems we had. No matter what they're going through w/their personal life, they never let us down. They are the best in the business.

28 years ago, my ac failed on a Sunday. I had babies in the house. Joey came and fixed my ac. Never used anybody else since that day.

I was referred to Harbin by a friend and after two other estimates, I called them on Friday. I had a quote that I was happy with and on Monday morning the team was there and had my old unit out and new unit in and running in a little over 2 hours. The crew was friendly and professional. Joey and team was exceptional. I got the same ton unit and seer as the other 2 companies presented at a much better price and Joy offered a two year labor warranty while the others only offered one.
Amazing service! I used two other big AC companies (they have commercials) and they couldn't figure out the problem. He came out one time and evaluated the problem and figured it out. The other 2 companies weren't even close and we're trying to charge thousands to fix it. Great work!
My unit went out while my family and I were on vacation. Came home to a house that was 80+ degrees in the middle of July. Joey was recommended by co-workers and responded quickly and had our unit in within a day! His team was professional and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!
