We noticed our AC had gone out at 4:30 on a Sunday and were expecting guests for dinner at 6. Less than 1 hour after calling Reece they had us back up and running. Top notch service.
They were great! It took a couple visits to fix all the issues but they got it done with good communication. They even repaired some small problems they found along the way without charging extra! Definitely recommend.
Friendly, professional, reasonable, even though my unit is old, did not try to sell me a new one. The repair was was fast and inexpensive.

Our AC stopped working, and temperatures went up to 85+ degrees. We waited an entire night and day for another company to simply call us back to schedule a service. After the 4th call to them, their dispatcher told us that their on-call technician had received our message each time we called. Since we clearly weren’t valuable customers to this other company, we turned to Reece Heating and Air. Bobby came out within an hour of our call, at night, on a holiday, in the driving rain and flashing lightning. He is a shining example of customer service and we cannot thank him enough. He also taught us very valuable lessons on basic AC troubleshooting and maintenance. Thank you again Bobby, and thank you Reece Heating and Air for employing such an exemplary human being.
Reece heating and air squeezed us in same day and thank God they did because we had friends coming tomorrow. We care heating and air told us the motherboard needed to be replaced which was going to cost over $1000. I just felt in my gut the young kid didn’t know what he was doing and by default made something up. Of course the 2nd opinion was necessary. Reece sent out their best guy Sean and all it needed was free-on and saved us $900. Sean was a lifesaver and you could tell he was amazing at what he did…very kind and honest! Blessed we found our A/C company.

Simply put, this company cannot be beat! Our AC unit went out in the middle of the day and within an hour of contacting Reece Heating and Air they were there to fix the issue! Can't thank Slate Simons enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had an a/c emergency, called Slate and he rearranged his schedule to get it handled quickly. Can’t thank Slate and his crew enough for their fast and professional service!! I’d give 6 stars if I could!
If I can leave 6 star I will give this company 6 star. They are very professional and the price is fair. My AC was broken and I asked some company to check it, but the company lie to me asking me change the whole system. However when I met Reece heating and air LLC team, they are being honest. The owner comes to my house did the service and cleaning my condenser( No charge). I really appreciate this company and finally this summer won’t be hot anymore:)
Very professional and Cindy responds and answers your questions very timely! Hailey and the other tech were very very professional and squeezing into small spaces is not for the faint of heart! No complaints and did their job very quickly!! Thank you Reese Heating and Air!!!!!!

My experience with this company was superb! They responded to my call promptly. The representative that called to confirm my appointment was so sweet! My appointment was at 9:00 AM this morning and the technician, Bobby, was here right on time. He was very kind, professional and super informative. Most importantly he listened to my request and even though the unit is very old, he didn’t try to upsell me with the “man talk” (when a repairman talks to a female customer like she’s incapable of understanding the simplest of repair work and tries to sell her everything under the sun with some free blinker fluid) 😏 My A/C was on and cooling again within 45 minutes! I will most certainly be calling these guys to replace it when the time comes! Definitely would recommend them if you are looking for a professional, honest and fair company! They replaced my 27 year old Bryant furnace and AC with a Day and Night furnace and AC unit. They were very professional in upgrading and sizing house cold air return and also increased sizing of combustion chamber air intake and exhaust piping. The house temperature is very constant. It doesn’t seem to varying 1 degree from thermostat setting. They were very Courteous and accommodating through out the installation. Thank you, Mel

I called REECE heating and air when I had no power to my thermostats. Ashley was quick and helpful to get me taken care of. Shawn came out promptly and diagnosed the problem and even talked to my home warranty company for me. He got it fixed in less than 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and A/C needs!
We needed the txv replaced on one of our units. I remembered meeting Slate years ago and he has always been honest & professional. They came out immediately and gave us a fair quote and it was fixed within 24 hours. A competitor had quoted us almost 4 times the price to do the exact same job. Highly recommend! Air conditioner stopped working on a rainy Sunday at my mom’s house, we called Reece Heating and Air and they came right out! Shawn was extremely nice and professional while fixing the problem very quickly! Definitely will call again!
