My husband and I are very impressed with PRUETT. Josh set us up real good. The next day the crew showed up on time to install a brand new 3.5 ton Carrier system. Pruitt Air Conditioning service was what I had hoped it would be. Namely, professional staff both technical and administrative. They were thorough in meeting the appointment date and time and I couldn't be more pleased with the end results and costs, all things considered. First, I was Impressed with the customer service representative who answered the phone. She actually was polite and seem concerned about my predicament. I had made calls earlier that morning and she was the first person who was polite. I was so impressed that I called back to thank her for her professionalism. Next I received an appointment for the same day and an installation for two days later! Jeremy was very professional, gave me the options that I needed and set up the install for two days later. Unfortunately, about two weeks later, there was an issue with the thermostat. I called the company and explained what was going on and within two hours a representative was here and corrected the issue. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

We had two new units placed in our home. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Josh answered all of our questions and explained each step of the process. We are very pleased with the outcome and will use them in the future for maintenance.
The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They also were very personable. They completed our installation in a timely fashion and left a clean worksite. We are very happy with our new system and with Pruett HVAC. We would recommend them to everyone and use them again in the future.
I was very pleased with this company from start to finish. Every employee was Polite, resourceful and helpful above and beyond their duties. My mother referred them to me due to the same great customer service.
The tech Adam was super nice and professional and explained what was wrong and what it would cost. We did have it fixed while it was a bit pricey I feel we got a fair deal. Would recommend them to others n will definitely use them again.
Unfortunately this company has not stood by their work, nor corrected obvious issues and mistakes. Cheap instilation, cheap products. VERY UNHAPPY!
Disrespectful service technician, driving a very colorful company vehicle, horning the horn and shouting the technician’s political opinion on Houston Road late in the afternoon. Unprofessional behavior for a representative of this company. Based on the mail flyers that are posted seasonally, This Company cannot afford negative reviews within the local community. Personal political opinions should never over shadow the company image.
HOT COLD BABY! Our men from Pruett just finished another yearly service call. I was really impressed with the thoroughness of the maintenance preformed this year. While I have always been happy with the service I would like to say the team of Jeremy Clark and Jose really shined in their professionalism and expertise while servicing and repairing my unit. These guys ROCK! If you have an issue with your heat and air , CALL THE MAN! LET PRUETT DO IT!✌
We called Pruett this morning (11/14) and within an hour they had Adam dispatched to our home. Adam was thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. Within a matter of no more than 45 minutes, he had our heat working and helped us to understand what caused the issue. He even fixed vents that were not blowing air and showed us exactly what prevented the vents from working properly. Adam is great at what he does and we are grateful for his service and commitment to excellence.
The service was great. I call Sunday evening and they showed up 30 minutes later. It didn’t take them long to find the problem. My A/C was fixed in less than two days.
Jose came to my home and assessd the problem quickly. He is a fine technician. I could tell that he has vast knowledge of the systems. If and when I have more a/c problems I will be sure to call Pruett for service and request Jose to come again.
We purchased a new unit from Pruett heating and Air in May after getting the run around from home warranty company doing patch work repairs that last a few days at the most. They installed the unit in May we were cooling good the next month we started having cooling problems again, I called them and they sent someone out immediately to care of the issue no cost charge as the unit was still under warranty, I did have to call back a few more times for some issue but each time I called they resolved the issue immediately the technicians we kind professional explained things to me would definitely recommend them. They stand behind the work they do⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love Pruitt. Very professional. If you ever need a reliable Hvac company, this is the one. We've used quite a few company's at our other home and we're finally blessed with the best. The entire staff and techs are so friendly and helpful. We just bought a brand new unit from Pruitt. We are pleased with their service. Adam is our favorite tech. He is super funny and will explain everything to you. His boss Jared Davis is indeed heaven sent. My husband and I called Mr Jared this week with another issue and this young man blessed us tremendously. GOD BLESS YOU JARED. We can not thank him enough. Adam even spoke so highly of Jared and that itself speaks volumes. They will do whatever they can to help .. Yall. Let Pruitt do it and I PROMISE you'll never be disappointed. You want to stay away from these jokers. My son’s unit died. They told him it would be $2000 to fix the leak in his unit and fill it with Freon. His wife told them they couldn’t afford it so they filled the unit with Freon, charged $600 and left. His wife was given a document to sign with no explanation. The Freon leaked out within 3 days. When he called them they were no help whatsoever!!! Seems it’s all about the money with these folk!! Steer clear or you will get ripped off!
The tech was very thorough and polite. Did a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
I had both Jeremy and Mr. David come out to assist me with our home air conditioning units after some damage was done to the Freon lines. They were both very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Pruett will always have our business!
Good service, but they recently doubled their price and said they were going to do the service annually. Six months after my last service they wanted to scheduled my service at double the price, they should have scheduled the service 12 months after the last as their letter stated. I was able to reschedule the service to the annual date with a phone call.
