Went in to pay a bill on an on demand water heater. The young lady at the front desk took care of me and I was in and out in 5 or 10 minutes.
Stay Away from this company, if you want to save time, money and your nervous system. I asked this company to fix my AC, they came, charged me insane amount of money and in 3 days my AC was not working again. I disputed the transaction and was threatened by the company owner Mark Buzzell to send it to collection. Totally unprofessional, untrained personnel and arrogant owners who think they can overcharge people and get away with it.
We had a hose bib break off on Fathers Day and Travis came out to fix it. He did an excellent job and was timely, courteous, and he does great work. I highly recommend not only Buzzell, but Travis as well. 👍🏼
josh came to see what was wrong with the plumbing but he didn’t use no tools or anything just asked our handyman what was going on and charged us $125 for nothing!
This company is awesome! It was an easy sales and installation process for my family. We called about a new HVAC system and Tyler came out to our house within the hour or so to meet with us and answer all of our questions. We went over everything with him before he professionally prepared an extremely fair and reasonable quote for us. Once we made our decisions, he got us on the schedule right away. The HVAC team came in and did an excellent job installing our new unit. We are very happy and satisfied with the technicians work. I highly recommend Tyler and the entire Buzzell team to anybody in need of HVAC & Plumbing services.
From our first call after hours to repair being finished, was only 2 hours. THANK YOU!
Buzzell has been pretty good to me, my tenants and my clients. I would definitely recommend
Hemp was a very professional employee. I appreciate his service and attention to detail.
Needed gas line installed...not only were they reasonably priced when compared to other estimates received; they were able to do it right then. Well done!
Awesome. Response time was better than I could have hoped for. Travis was great. Done in 20 minutes. Professional and friendly.
I gave this company a call for maintenance for my Heating unit, long story short , the technician (I wish I could remember his name ) was very prompt and professional. He explained everything to me and went over what would be done; I have no complaints, will use and recommend again !
Bad Customer Service! The worst experience when trying to get something corrected from their improper workmanship!
I used them recently to come fix a plumbing issue. Alma Martinez was very professional and helpful. She got me put on the schedule very quickly. Travis the tech fixed everything in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend using them.
Great experience with Buzzell!! Travis was early, personable and professional! Problem was fixed on first visit and recommendations were given to prevent future issues. Happy customer!
We have used Buzzell several times over the years, and have always been happy with our experience. This week however, they went above and beyond to take care of our family. Between Alyssa doing her best to ensure we weren’t without water any longer than necessary, and Travis climbing into our muddy crawl space (in very cold weather) to fix our busted mainline, we are relieved and grateful. It’s a Christmas miracle! Thanks a million.
Fair pricing. Very responsive. Solved our blockage. Travis is the best tech
I don't even know where to start. We build a home in the Woodlands and Buzzell was the contractor for plumbing, heating and air. Recently about 5 weeks ago we noticed that we have brown/rusty water coming out of the faucets on one side of the home. Since we do have to water heaters one for each side that indicated that one of them was not properly working or rusting inside. We know that multiple people had that same issue with water heaters in the Woodlands and it was a warranty case, those people received a new water heater pretty quick. We did have a technician come out to check what was going on and due to our home being a little older than 1 year and out of the builders warranty we had to pay $80 service charge, which was not an issue at all! The tech checked everything and notified me that the expansion tank is leaking on that specific water heater and he also thinks that the water heater is rusting and needs to be replaced. He told me than to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. While the Tech was still at our house I went on the manufacturer website to see if I can file a claim. Well on their website it states "Warranty Claims have to be filled by the installing company, and can not be filled by the homeowner" Here we go, the Tech said he never heard of that and I get it he is probably not working on warranties, the office is probably processing those. I have to add the Tech was super nice and knowledgeable JJ was awesome. Here is the issue, the expansion tank was improper installed and is leaking. How are we as homeowners supposed to see that within the 1 year new construction warranty when those water heaters are in the attic? Now Buzzell wants to charge us for that repair. It took them only 5 weeks to get back with me and if I would have not called them, they would have never gotten back with us at all. Well they completely ignored the rusty water heater issue and want to repair the expansion tank. When I asked on the phone "What about the wa
Company was able to service my AC same day as my request for service(also on a Friday). The persons that set up my appointment and confirmed the service call where nice and polite. Service tech was able to diagnose issue within minutes of arrival and had parts available on site for repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service for HVAC problems.
I have used Buzzell for all of my plumbing issues since I moved here in 2013. Two years ago they installed a new toilet for $485. (but it is a higher seated one for handicapped comfort). The toilet had come loose from the floor but was still working. I called and the technician came out and replaced the wax ring and tightened the bolts for $250. According to my security cameras, he was there for 13 minutes. I called to make sure that price was not an error. They explained that their price is their price. No bolt or flange was replaced. For a toilet that they delivered and installed two years earlier, I now worry that this expensive issue will recur every two years. I feel like the price was exorbitant for the service I received. They have a right to charge whatever they want but I feel taken advantage of and this issue has made me shop for a new service provider. The technician was very friendly, though. I would add a photo but it doesn't look any different fixed.
Replaced leaking pipe in wall. Great experience at a reasonable price. They scheduled me in and arrived and on time. Technician was pleasant and polite, knew what he was doing and kept me informed of progress until completion.
