Zen Air Heating and Cooling came through in a pinch. I highly recommend them. The blower in our old system went out and could not be repaired. The wheel disconnected from the motor ruining both. Unfortunately, the part could not be found in parts books and could not be replaced easily or quickly. Since the blower is part of the furnace, the whole heating system needed to be replaced. No furnace meant no A/C in our house. Sadly, this happened at the start of a hot spell in GA with temperatures over 90 and likely close to 100 with humidity. We called Zen Air and they immediately jumped to action. Their VP of Sales and Operations came over almost immediately and assessed the situation. He changed his plans to fit our schedule. Bill said we'd have air by the weekend and he made it happen. Bill showed us what we needed. He didn't oversell us like many others that wanted to sell whole systems including air. Bill agreed that our air was working, in good shape, and did not need replacing. This saved us quite a bit of money. He did not try to upsell us on anything. In fact, I asked for a 5" enclosed filter system and bacterial protection. Bill gave us a very fair price and scheduled the guys for the installation. He checked up on us during the week and even offered to loan us a portable A/C unit. Marco and I believe Zach came out this morning to do the installation. They showed up as planned and were finished a little after 12, as expected. They had the unit on and pumping cold air into the house even before coming in to check the thermostat. The new system is so quiet, I didn't even realize it was on. When they came in the house to make sure the A/C was cooling, it didn't occur to me that the system was already running and that is why I was getting cold. They broke for lunch and came back after to make sure the A/C was working as expected and that the heat also worked. Thank you Bill and Eddie for taking care of us. The price ZEN AIR charges is gouging at its finest. I have never posted a poor review, but people need to know about this company. First the charge a $99 service fee to show up. None of this was communicated when I requested service via phone. This service fee IS NOT included if you choose to have them complete the work. So, I needed a $35 (Amazon) capacitor replaced (diagnostic and replacement 20 mins max). This cost me $99 service fee, plus $500 labor/service, plus their cost for capacitor of $59 for a total of $658. The going rate is $250 - $350 (all in). They did waive the $99 service fee after complaining, but this company is taking advantage of those who are completely unaware of this type of service.

I had 3 estimates for my air condition problem. Zen Air technician wanted to fix problem and they fixed it right. Other companies are only interested in selling a whole unit( $16,000.00). . I trust this company.
Great customer service, prompt. Charged $199.00 for a service call and troubleshooting of the air conditioner unit. Also, overcharged for installation of evaporator coils that were under warranty. I was charged north of $1600.00 and another person in North Atlanta was charged $1200.00 for the same work. How did I find out? The description of work invoice flew out of the truck and landed in my yard. Another case of minorities being overcharged for services. Shame on you! Do better!! I did contact them about the price difference and they offered me a meager $50.00 discount.
ZenAir always shows up on time and never tries to up sell services or items I don’t need. They charge a reasonable price and offer a quality service.
Great experience! Very detailed in explaining the issues with my previous units and what needed to be addressed and best system for my home. I felt immediate results in my bedroom over my garage. Thanks for the hard work installing a zone and thermostat for that bedroom!!
Great service and fast
I would recommend Zenair. I had an issue with the Air Conditioning in my home and Zenair worked with my budget to come up with the best solution. Marco, Herb, Ben and Eddie were great and very professional. Overall great experience and I now have a working system again.
Zen Air charged me $550 to replace a capacitor for my A/C. This was on top of the $99 service call charge. The technician, Herb, was polite and helpful and did his job well. The price for the part and labor is set by the company and it is extremely high when compared to the competition. I should have called around comparing prices, but I didn't unfortunately, since this came up during the service call. Afterwards, I called other service companies to see if what I paid is within range, and it wasn't. Most companies quoted me between $200 and $300 including service call charge. So they charged me approximately $350 more for the same job. I called Zen Air to discuss their high cost. I spoke to Service Manager Steve and he said he will give a credit for the $99 service call charge. However, he said, he won't be able to refund it to me. Only owner Eddy can. I was told to call back next week to talk to owner Eddy to see if he would be kind enough to refund $99. This was a really bad experience. I got fooled. I will never use Zen Air again. (Also, Zen Air's cost for R22 freon is $200/lb.)
I text Eddie at 8:30 He was in Vegas. Yes 6:30am By Nine my time Ed the technician was at my house. Should be everything I need to know and left ifn 15 minutes. Wow. Now that is service.
Herb was very professional and very prompt. Zen took care of a situation that needed to be addressed in a hurry in a few short hours, and Herb gave great pointers for keeping everything running at maximum efficiency- 5 stars!

My AC stopped cooling, I called and the lady I talked to was super sweet (I think her name was Cathy) she was able to dispatch someone the next day. Ed was very professional and explained the problem to me clearly before repairing. My house was already way cooler by the time he left.
This was my first time and I'm very very satisfied with booking the apartment with the tank coming out and we're talking with other members of the company very professional I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know thanks for everything
