I reached out to Omar, as recommended by a neighbor, for replacing an HVAC unit (had finally reached its end) - and I’m so glad I did! I had received various other estimates from big name to smaller name contractors so had price ranges that ran the gamut. But it ultimately came down to whom I felt would do the best job at installing a quality product, versus someone trying to sell me their most expensive or even cheapest product just to get a sale. Omar and his team were very informative and thorough throughout installation to ensure it was done right. And continue to be responsive post installation as well. Highly recommend this group! I’m very happy with my cool home and feel prepared during these intense heat waves.

Wow! When it’s hot and your AC goes out it means miserable DAYS but NOT with this company. They had a very professional tech come out, assess and do necessary repairs in HOURS not DAYS! Thank you for great service!

Omar and his team came out and replaced my old AC system in June 2022. They were able to recognize the issue and give me several issues. After doing some research I learned they were below the other “big companies” in price and their service was better than I’d ever expected. This is a great small family business that can do major jobs at a fraction of the price and their customer service is outstanding. I can’t say enough positive things about their work. If you need HVAC service of any kind - use 460!
460 Heating and Cooling is by far the best HVAC business around. Omar and his staff responded quickly to our needs with fair pricing and excellent service. They are skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. We have already referred them to other people and will continue to do so. Superb HVAC Company!
Absolutely professional and efficient. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. Could not be more pleased. Would refer to anyone for repair or replacement. Also done very quickly which was great considering the hot weather will be here shortly.

Working with Omar was a pleasure. Responsive to my questions via text messaging. Quoted me for a Gree 1.5T minisplit and did the install 2 weeks later. Unit works perfectly and install is super clean. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future. Thanks Omar!

Very prompt and professional when I contacted them. They came out to perform some maintenance on our AC unit in a very timely manner even with labor shortages during the pandemic.
