Cant say enough positive things about Jim Adams and his staff. One of the last vendors in our area that still has that 'small town' touch. Jim Adams is a true professional. I have put him to the test more than once (not on purpose), disregarded his advice and he still comes through with no 'I told you so' !!

We recently moved to the area and I am so thankful to have found Southern Seasons. I could not have been more impressed with Jim, his team and their level of professionalism. He came out to help repair a heating issue and took his time to carefully inspect all of the elements of the furnace and diagnose the problem. He was honest and upfront and a genuinely great person. He ended up having to stay pretty late (on a Friday!) to complete the job- but never once complained or hurried. I am so glad I found Jim and Southern Seasons. A wonderful company with terrific people who truly care about what they do. Highly recommend.

Jim has been a trusted HVAC service provider for our family the past 8 years. He's honest and thorough. Seven years ago, he helped us save $1500 to replace our old blower recommended by another company when Jim found the blower just disconnected - not broken. Now THAT is real value and he's earned our trust.
I hired Jim and his Southern Seasons Heating and Air to replace the HVAC system for my home. They were professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Before I hired them I talked to a lot of other HVAC companies. Jim, the owner, stood out from the crowd because he showed up to provide the estimate and to perform the work. Jim and the rest of his team consistently listened and spent time to go through the options in detail. He answered questions along the way and was flexible. I can recommend Jim highly based on my experience.
We have used Jim a few times for different things and have been really happy with his work and highly recommend him. He is very honest and trustworthy. A friend had him do some work and he recommended him to us and we later found out a neighbor has also used him.
