Zach Rhoades came same day on a Saturday, and was even early for his appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem (failed outdoor compressor), gave us the cost breakdown, and fixed the problem. We had cold air in minutes. Holtkamp is not the cheapest game in town, but they are always reliable, professional, and we will continue to use their services.
Holtkamp installed our system back in 2008 and have serviced it over the past 15 years. Their technicians are very honest, dependable, and reliable. Our technician Jeff Newman did a wonderful job servicing our unit today. He was very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and courteous. Thank you for your hard work and time spent on our HVAC system today.
System overloaded, and froze. Brandon came to my house with two hours. Notice on Fourth of July. could not have asked for better service.

Really great. Got a same day appointment. Brandon did a troubleshoot and was very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. Love that they have a 30 day warranty on the service. Will definitely use Holtkamp again.

Brandon came out for our periodic maintenance check today. The system is in great condition which is what we wanted to hear two years after installation. Very happy with our A/C system and how it has performed. All the usual steps were completed and Brandon, as always, was very courteous and professional. Holtkamp meeting expectations and would recommend.

Update -- we replaced our upstairs/attic unit and I can confidently and highly recommend Matthew and his team. They were early, professional, courteous, hard working, spent the entire day, and didn't depart until all questions were answered. The 2 technicians could not have been more professional working together to complete the work. If you're looking for a reliable, dependable and professional HVAC partner Holtkmap Heating and Air should be your choice. Have known about Holtkamp for years, but have defaulted to our Home Warranty in the past. Had a unit peter out on us and called Matthew about getting a quote to repair or replace. We made the decision to replace, but given busy summer schedules we cannot get an installation time for 1 week. While waiting our other unit stopped cooling. Called Holtkamp to see if they could make a same day call to check this unit. They sent a tech within a few hours and was able to do a quick fix for an extremely fair price. We're still without our unit until it can be replaced, but Matthew's team delivered a portable AC unit to hold us over. Great customer service (Techs and everyone on the phone) and great leadership.
