No A/C when we returned from a week vacation. Called Coolray and a repair technician came out the following day. The tech repaired the unit in under 20 minutes at a reasonable cost. Thank you CoolRay!

Downstairs HVAC went out Sunday afternoon. Used Coolray's online site to schedule a very convenient next day appt. Tech showed up on time and ready to do the work. Fixed unit. Topped both off and then went on his way. Have been dealing with Coolray for 7 years and have had 3 good experiences with their technicians.

I love being able to schedule my appointments online and getting a yearly maintenance package which includes AC and heat inspection in the spring and fall.

CoolRay was terrific. We had to replace a very very old A/C unit at the end of June due to internal damage from an apparently longstanding wiring error and the A/C breaking shortly after closing. That type of HVAC unit not being allowed to be made anymore sent us into a weird space of having to slightly change things no matter what we did. After having looked at service and/or replacement options from a couple companies, Coolray delivered with professional work, quickly and with competitive prices. The sales team promptly handled the sale (not something you always see during the busy season with housing related teams) and sales even showed up day-of-install to make sure small details from the initial showing were fully communicated to the installing technicians. We *definitely* did not ask for that, but were happy to see it. The technicians provided options, installed on time, handled site particulars, took many secondary steps to make important pieces like pumps and filters had a proper access path, and, communicated with us enough about furniture to make sure we didn’t stick a noisy intake in the wrong place, and that the HVAC unit would appropriately survive given many plausible water/moisture scenarios. They very thoughtfully laid out the main unit and vents both to handle differences from the discontinued form factor, gave options on thermostats, and seemed to be testing components as they worked. This was all on a day with a feels like 100 degree temp. I am very thankful it’s all safe, setup and working in time for the move-in. They additionally spent a good chunk of time trying to keep things clean. I mean construction and drywall is going to cause some mess whenever you disturb it, for sure, but it was definitely swept up, and floors were appropriately draped to stop damage from sheet metal fragments. My AC unit was working great until my first tune up with Cool Ray. Now it is not cooling and my entire top floor is scorching!!! Someone call me ASAP.

Detail oriented cooling system service. Jason communicated to me in a very professional way. Explained pros and cons of fixing something now as opposed to later. Overall very good experience.
Had an issue with my heat pump. David Voutas came out and fixed it super fast. Down to earth, no BS haggling. Explained what the issue was and showed me how he verified it. Even included some quick maintenance efforts and tips. I came out of the visit confident in his service, and more knowledgeable about my home HVAC system.
I have been dealing with AC issues for 2 weeks. I used another company first and it was the worst experience I have ever had with them. So I made the switch and I can confidently say I am never switching back. The technician was so friendly and with me not really knowing what was happening with the unit, he was able to figure it out in less than 15 minutes. It ended up being an issue with the thermostat and he was able to rewire and set up the new one in such a short time ! He also recharged my unit as well. He was efficient and even asked us about the vacation we just took. It’s that small approach that made such a huge difference with me ! For the new thermostat/electrical require and recharge it was just under $400 which seems like a lot but I’m not sure what the average cost goes for. I was willing to pay whatever to get the Unit finally working. 10/10 would recommend using Coolray! I’m
