Doug, with All Pro Mechanical, always goes above and beyond. He is such a professional and just as kind and generous as he is knowledgeable.
Doug goes above and beyond to help his customers. I called him from out of state and in no time my parents AC was fixed, he visited them on weekend, diagnosed the issue and next day installed the AC unit which was burnt and charged more than a fair price. Save yourself hassle and give your business to Doug. He is honest, fair and an amazing guy to work with. Thanks, Doug !!

Called All Pro around Monday morning due to AC Unit downstairs not working. Just made a humming sound. Doug was out in a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue, had the part in his van and AC was working in under 1 hour. He was very helpful with advice on how I could maintain the system and make my older units last a few more years. Gave me instructions on how to do things on my own that didn't require too much HVAC knowledge. I definitely recommend and will be using this company for all future AC/Heating calls.

It is difficult to have a "go-to" company when it comes to AC/HVAC... and I believe I finally found mine. Very responsive, knowledgeable, on time, reasonably priced, etc. Would definitely recommend!
All Pro Mechanical is a great Company! This company provided exceptional service with the installation of our new 4 ton AC unit. I priced similar units and All Pro was MUCH LOWER than other big name companies. The owner( Doug ) personally came by to inspect the installation by his crew, which was very impressive! The installation team was knowledgeable and professional and when another device that the AC unit was attached to was needed Doug did not hesitate to ensure that device was replaced as well to ensure our unit was working properly. I strongly recommend using All Pro for your HVAC needs ( repair or replacment )
I called for service in the morning and they came out that afternoon. Very professional and reasonable price. Doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Definitely recommend and will use again!

First called around 10:00 AM, Doug was at my house by 11:00, and had the issue fixed shortly there after. Doug was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and fast. The price was also great; I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

Doug was a treat to work with. I was convinced that I needed a new unit, but he diagnosed the problem in no time. Had to get a new motor. Way less expensive than a new unit! He is very good at communicating progress and let me know when he acquired the unit and when I could expect him. What more could you ask for?

Doug is honest and very skilled AC Mechanic. Told him the issues and the symptoms about 3rd floor AC putting out hot air he knew the problem before he got to my house. Call him around 4:30PM and AC was working again at 5:30PM! That's what I call good service!
I had my upstairs air go out and feared the worst case. The unit is 20 years old and figured I would need a new unit. To my surprise, I was made aware that a simple connection to compressor was the problem and Doug fixed it in a snap. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the service man. I will only call these guys from now on.
Doug is the greatest! My 19-year old Trane system condenser was still running OK but had a very slow Freon leak which was very difficult to find. Doug was very patient, methodical, and professional as he used a leak detector and then dye to pin point the leak. The leak has now been repaired and my old system is running just fine. Thank you for taking the time to repair my old system rather than throwing in the towel on it and insisting that I purchase a new system. Other HVAC technicians would not be this willing to solve this problem. I will certainly recommend Doug and All Pro Mechanical to other home owners. When it came time to buy a new AC and heating system, I found All Pro Mechanical. Doug gave a very fair quote on the installation and service. For the installation, All Pro's crew were prompt and courteous. And the owner was very quick in returning my calls and emails. Recently I needed to have a follow up service call, and everything went as scheduled. This is a good company to work with.
