I bought a 20 yold house about 20 years ago in Smyrna. I messed around with a couple of the big corporate HVAC companies before I found Triple M and never hesitated to call them for the remaining 18 years in that house. HONEST PRICING AND GREAT SERVICE. I was never disappointed and never considered another HVAC company after Triple M started servicing my HVAC, which I eventually had them replace with a new system at a great price. When I bought a new home recently in Suwanee, I called to ensure they service this area. I'm having them come out to recommend a new HVAC system. Triple M is the best. I know I'm getting best prices and best possible service. I constantly recommend them to friends and co-workers. Don't hesitate to give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

My AC unit stopped working the night before my in laws came to visit from out of town. I contacted Triple M via their website and they called first thing in the morning to have a technician come out the same day. The technician, Martin, was professional and kind. The service was reasonably priced. I would use their service again in the future and would also recommend them to a friend.
Called this morning and the technician was at my home within the hour. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. I would gladly use this company again.
Called to receive a quote, the rep I spoke w/ was difficult to understand but he was able to set the appointment promptly. He sent emails and text messages to confirm the appointment. (Good So Far) Received a call 20 minutes later from Martin Watson (**0-8**-2256) who suggested that there would be a service fee of $150. Not a big deal, I understand cost (travel, fuel, etc). Then added that the quote would add an additional $100 for a paper quote. I asked how an estimate of services cost so much and he really didn't give a good answer. I told him I wouldn't need their services. Listen, I received a quote from a different reputable vendor several weeks prior and wanted to compare. Their service charge was actually $135 total. I wouldn't recommend their services to my enemy if they will act in such a distrustful manner.
Great customer service and will get to the root of the problem. Came out for a service call for the unit they did not install. The owner serviced it and would not take money for it although another tech from another company said it would be $500 after a wrong diagnosis.

If you’re in the Atlanta area and need some work done to your air conditioning unit, I highly recommend Triple M Heating and Air. One of my units stopped working and I called them yesterday. They came out THIS MORNING and fixed it. It needed a new capacitor. He washed the coils of both units and added Freon to the second unit and his prices were VERY reasonable. And his customer service was excellent so you know I loved that! Save this number in your phone in case you need it in the future.
Still Amazing!!! Turns out we needed to get our 21 year old unit replaced because, well, it was old and leaking...LOL. Martin did an excellent job explaining what was going on, and providing us options.. we decided to get it replaced with Martin. The process was seamless, affordable, and still working great after 3 months. Old post: We had our HVAC serviced a few months ago and all is well. Granted, I know nothing about HVAC systems, but our system works good and Martin's customer service was great! Oh, The estimate received over the phone was exactly the same once he arrived. We'll contact Triple M HVAC again!
MMM has installed three systems in my home. They are always on time, and very personal and professional! I feel very comfortable letting them work in my home whether I am here or not. When I had problems with my old systems they responded quickly. They provide excellent value for their systems and installation.
