Others have posted similar complaints about Fulton Services, and I wish I had seen them earlier. The company takes inadequate responsibility for the quality of its services and disregards customer needs. On Mar 8, 2022, we paid Fulton Services $2,276.30 at a service visit, expecting that the plumber had completed the work we requested. However, we learned we had paid for plumbing work he never performed, and have new problems as a result of the plumber’s damage. When the plumber left, he promised to return and fix what he had damaged. He had cracked a faucet valve assembly and stated he would bring a new part along with a gasket to fit our tub stopper. He took the cover from the faucet and the Kohler tub stopper to help him find parts. After over a year, we are still waiting for them to make this right. To their credit, they made some progress in reparation last August. However, the company maintains that we should pay thousands more to have them install 4 new faucets in our bathroom (2 lavatories, each with a wide-spaced double handle faucet). The plumber damaged a hot water faucet valve assembly. They can’t find the faucet manufacturer and claim no adequate replacement is available. Further, they say if you replace a hot water faucet, you must replace the cold also. Each similar faucet costs ~ $600; we must purchase 4 in order for the other 2 lavatory faucets to match. On Apr 6, after a month of no contact from Fulton Services, I sent a letter to the company by USPS. I described repairs needed following the plumber’s visit. —A hot water faucet leaks after the plumber tried to loosen the tight faucet with a wrench, instead of lubricating it. We now have an exposed leaky valve assembly at our lavatory in place of a finished working faucet as it was before he arrived. —Update: From Scotty’s comments, they can’t find the parts the plumber took from our home, and he has left the company. Their offer was to let us use their discount to buy four new faucets as compensati
We had our annual check by Fulton Services. Steve did the work and provided the most thorough and informative checkup we've ever had. He provided several great tips on how to keep the plumbing in good shape! All made sense and were much appreciated!
Expertise in Plumbing
They were timely and professional although very pricey. It cost me over $400 to have a wax ring replaced on a leaky toilet. The technician was here for about 30 minutes.
Steve and Chris were a professional team repairing a broken pipe under my driveway. They arrived at the appointed time and worked efficiently until the repair was completed. Will definitely use Fulton Services for any additional plumbing needs.
We just used Fulton Services today. Anyone looking to use this company should be aware that the "service charge" of $89 is not deducted from the final cost of service/repair. Most plumbing services don't charge the service charge if they do the work. Thought I'd give them a try to replace a garbage disposal. The repair was $882.50 ( $793.50 to install new garbage disposal PLUS $89 service charge for coming out). On the phone when I made the appointment they referred to it as a "service charge". On the invoice it says "diagnostic charge". We went ahead with the work despite the high cost because the tech was here. He quoted $793.50. Our mistake for assuming the "service charge" was included. When I called to ask about it they wanted to give me a $30 coupon to use on next service. We won't use their services again.
Fantastic company! Our family is always impressed with their responsiveness and great service. They have really come through quickly and priced fairly when we had an issue with our shower leaking and HVAC systems.
Great service, quick and fair priced. I could not be happier.
I have had many issues with the work they have done on my home. Wouldn’t recommend.
They have a terrible reputation and will not get my service.
I hired Fulton Services to repair a pipe that had been installed incorrectly. I had requested that any plumbers entering my home wear a mask. One of the men obliged but the other 4 did not. They had also brought a young teen along with them (I’m assuming it was one of their children.) I will not be using their services again and I wouldn’t recommend you do either.
Very disappointed that the plumbers did not wear face masks even after we requested they do so. They also brought a school-age child who moved throughout the house (also without a mask) and touched furniture, belongings, and artwork. We had to completely air out and disinfect the house afterwards (July 2020)
This business is very over priced! 1 foot of plastic pipe cost me over $900. Square piece of dry wall was cut out to access pipe. But other than that this company is a HUGE rip off. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Call in to the front desk and the lady was careless and clueless. No return call or explanation to why less than a foot of pipe is $900. DO NOT GET TAKING ADVANTAGE OF Highly Recommend getting a second opinion next time.
Had two faucets that were leaking in my home. The technician that came out to our home was professional and courteous. Upon arrival he went straight to work and diagnosed the problem and replaced the leaky cartridges. Now they are working fine.
They are over priced and were not thorough in what I requested. They charged me over $400 between $60 for a service call that they said should have been $80, labor and a piece of hardware on the tub. When he fixed the leak, I asked him to check the rest of the area nearby because there were water marks on the ceiling. 4 months later(last week), mold formed on my ceiling due to a very slow leak and they said the new leak would be an additional $711. They referred me to the manager for better pricing and he said there was nothing additionally he could do. I have a company coming out tomorrow to fix the leak for only $300. I will never use Fulton Services again!
My elderly in laws had a 3/4 " water pressure regulator replaced. It is sitting against a wall in a garage, really easy to get to. $696 with a discount!
Chris with Fulton Plumbing came to my home today as scheduled, had everything they needed to replace my water heater. I knew it wasn't going to be an easy job as the new water heater was 2 inches bigger than my opening to get it past my outside AC units. They did an exceptional job of taking the old tank out and installing the new tank. Chris also was extremely detailed in his work and even found a gas leak in my old line which he promptly fixed. The new tank looks great and is already producing plenty of hot water. I would highly recommend Fulton Plumbing and Chris Ramsey.
Fast service and friendly staff but an absolute rip off. I was charged $60 for them to drive two miles and give me an estimate. That $60 is usually $80 which they acted like they did me a favor for charging less. Upon arrival... I was quoted $450 to fix my toilet alone. To install a kitchen sink, update shower hardware and fix my toilet was $1400. Massive price gouging. For $450 I could buy 3 toilets at Home Depot. Again, the staff was nice but don’t waste your time or money.
Stephen M... has been to our house for the annual Air Conditioner inspection and service in the past. He was prompt and courteous. He was neatly dressed and responsive to all my inquiries. Because of recent surgery on my foot I was unable to accompany him. He knew where our 4 units were located and spent 2 hours inspecting and servicing them and gave me a full report on what he found. He was very efficient and friendly and enjoyable to work with.
Stephen is professional like nothing I have seen in this industry. Hands down an easy decision to use this company and this technician.
