After having North Georgia come out Action Air and Reliable heat and air also getting quotes from two smaller contractors I am glad that we found indoor air solutions we had an aged mis matched unit in our house when we bought it and we were pretty sure it was on its last leg so instead of waiting for it to go out we went ahead and replaced it they gave us the best price and also repaired some duct work in our garage the unit works fantastic and looks great the installers were super clean and friendly people we they were as quite as could be while installing the unit and performing the work they were all extremely professional and we would not think of using anyone else for any of our future ac needs ! We love our new unit and our more than pleased with the install please give them a call before you settle for anyone else !

Good people! Not HVAC related...but my car broke down in their parking lot when it was 19 degrees outside. I waited inside while the tow truck came because it was freezing and got to know the lady in the office. Coincidentally, she has the exact same car and year as mine and gave me some great insight on what was going on with my car because it had just happened to hers! She went outside with me and showed me how to reset this sensor that caused my problem. When I need HVAC work done this is definitely who I will be calling! Thanks :)
This doesn't relate to HVAC work they did, but I wanted to acknowledge the kindness some of their workers showed this morning. While at a stop light in Chattanooga on Central Ave, there was a man pushing his car. The male passenger of the Indoor Air Solutions van ran out to help the man push his car off to a nearby parking lot. The other person driving the company van safely pulled off to another nearby parking lot. Both of them did not hesitate to help the man, and cared for his and everyone else's safety. Thank you for your heroic acts this morning.
Came out same day for a service call and within an hour our unit was back working perfectly. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need your system looked at.
Indoor Air Solutions came out and looked at my heat pump that wasn't functioning. They diagnosed that it was an electrical issue and gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. The attendant was very professional and helpful.
Had Jeff come out , assess and fix an issue we had with our laundry dryer. He re routed the dryer blower pipes and gave our dryer new life. Finished on the spot , same time as the bid. Great service. Great Price. I Highly recommend.
