Technician Terrance installed a new GOODMAN unit and did not put freon in the unit. I was not aware and the coil burned out due to no freon in the unit. Have contacted Mr. Terrance P. numerous times to address this matter and was told it was my fault. I was also told by the technician it will be an additional $500 for the freon. When I refused to pay since I had already paid in full for a new unit and install the tech advised me not to harass him and he will sue me. All text's are available to view if needed. DO NOT USE THEM!
Mr Randolph is the best!!!! It took me 4 weeks to find someone to even LOOK at my furnace after a power surge blew it out. He came the same day called and diagnosed the issue, emailed me an invoice for my insurance company, order the parts and repaired the system within 1 week!!!! He is GREAT!!! He is going to be my go-to HVAC maintenence person from now on. I will recommend him to everyone that needs heating and air repair. Mr Randolph has our home nice and toasty after being so cold!!! Thank you so much!!!

Once this review went up. I received a phone call from Herschel. He came out and got my AC working again. He informed me that I have 4 slow leaks. He did what he could at no charge to me. He then sent me long text messages and phone calls advising me to remove this review. I won't remove it, what I will do is give 2 more stars. Aug. 4th Herschel Randolph, came to my home to service my HVAC. They advertised free estimate. Not True. Before he came out he made sure that I knew it would be $50. (Im not sure of that amount, but it was a charge to come out.) That was fine, I agreed. When he came out the charge went up to $150. To service the HVAC. Fluids was low that's why the house wasn't getting cold. Ok, I agreed again. What exactly was done I dont know no paper work or receipt. To be honest I dont understand anything about HVAC services. That's why I call A.Team. Before Herschel left I paid $270. My AC worked maybe 2 weeks. Now both units are messed up. Last time it was only downstairs. After Herschel left my home I went to take the dog outside and he walked from the side of my house emptied handed. I dont know what more he was doing. I've tried to text and call him and no response. The only proof I have that he even worked on my AC unit is phone records and Cash App payment. Make your own decision when dealing with Herschel Randolph. I use his name because that's who I paid not A.Team. :-l
Herschel showed up on time. In fact, early. Serviced my two AC units for a tune-up . He was respectful, in and out, and even wore a mask inside my home. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends and family!
I was very pleased with the care and attention to detail that was provided. I had a 6ton full system replacement. The price was extremely fair! I will use them again.
