This is the go-to company when you encounter issues with your A/C. Very professional, detailed and great value. I had 7 companies give me estimate, but only Mr Smith noticed the need for additional air duct intake. Yes, I will use them again and I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Always providing the utmost care. Most recently we had an issue with our propane regulator. The propane company was not helpful or knowledgeable with the diagnosis. Caleb went above & beyond to help us sort out the issue. Even talking directly to the propane company for us. You will not find better people in the HVAC business. Highly recommend!

They did such a great job. I thought my thermostat went out. But the tech immediately identified the problem. My dogs chewed the air conditioner wires. I was for sure it would cost an arm and a leg. It was cheaper than I thought. The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. This will now be my go to company and I look forward to referring others

Our furnace was over 20 years old and needed replacing. Our A/C was close to the same age so we decided to replace both at the same time. We asked Mr Smith to alert us when a financing offer was available at zero interest. We really appreciate this family owned business. Weldon was professional and very knowledgeable about services offered. I highly recommend this business. Weldon prevented a serious fatal accident from happening. I just had a water heater installed and he noticed faulty installation of air intake and could have caused death. We was so relieved that he even noticed while servicing air conditioner. We are so happy that we found a reliable company that we can trust.
After several years of dealing with a 20+ year old HVAC system I decided to finally bite the bullet and get it replaced. Through sheer luck I was connected with Weldon Smith Services and they were a godsend after dealing with more than one huckster pulling fast ones on me. Weldon Smith came out and were consummate professionals. They replaced my core units and ducts well within the expected time frame. Integrity is one of those things where, if you have it, there is no need to tell anyone as it is self-evident - but I'm going to tell you on their behalf. It is clear to me that the family behind Weldon Smith is one that values integrity, craftsmanship, and professionalism and I would heartily recommend them to anyone who appreciates those attributes as well. This family should be very proud of what they have built.
The air on the first level of my house was not working. I called and someone was able to come the next day. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right then and there. The price was reasonable and the quality of the service was excellent. The technician went above and beyond and cleaned trashed areas that the original installers left behind in my attic. He also advised me on what I need to do to get better circulation going in other parts of my house. I will be using them again to fix that problem soon. I highly recommend them if you have any trouble with your cooling and heating system.
