It was the first time I used this company because my A/C was not cooling. The customer service was excellent. They returned my call right away and a couple of hours later the technician arrived at my house. Alex did a great job that exceeded my expectations. He replaced a capacitor and fixed the drain lines, among other things that needed to be fixed. He explained each step to me in detail and he was very professional. Thank you for such wonderful service!

Showed up when we really needed them and quickly! The problem was fixed in under an hour and cost was low. We just had a basement flood which will cost 100k to fix, so this was a pleasant surprise! Thank you!
Jacob was professional and knowledgeable on my system. so much so that I dropped my previous HVAC service provider and will go with Dickerson for all future HVAC maintenance. Also, they are closer to my location.

Emergency on Friday night. AC stopped working. Called at 7:30pm, LM with answering service. They called me at 7:30 Saturday morning, service man here at 10 am. Air working at 12:30pm. Great service and great people.
Jacob was our serviceman, and he did a phenomenal job pinpointing what was wrong with our unit and fixing it on the spot. Jacob realized that the fan in our unit had been installed backward. He was able to take it out and install the fan correctly, and now our house's air is better than ever! I would definitely recommend this company. They were very friendly, trustworthy, and affordable.

Technician (Devon de Armon) arrived as scheduled, and had all needed equipment and parts to service 3 units, 2 of which needed some maintenance. Price was very fair, work and cleanup very professional. Would use service again, and request Devon.

Dickerson installed our new system in October of 2019. Every year they come for yearly inspections/preventative maintenance. I’m very happy with their communication and on-time appointment arrivals.
My father has used Dickerson for many years. They are wonderful! Our technician, Devon was awesome! He checked our system and found some issues that could have resulted in problems down the road. He explained what he had found and told us what needed to be fixed and answered our questions. He also helped us decide on a new thermostat to replace our extremely dated dial thermostat that was on its last legs. He installed the new one, set it up and showed us how it worked. It has been great and we've had no problems at all. We couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
Our thanks to Devon and all your team. The twice yearly maintenance agreement along with the Cobb EMC rebate is certainly worth it. We are long time customers and will continue to be!

Devon and Daniel came by to check our heating and air. Appointment was scheduled between 10 and 2 and, as always, they were here by 10. Offered to let them come in wearing their street shoes but, they declined and covered their shoes before coming in. Both were polite, worked quickly, and knew what they were doing. Devon has been here multiple times and knows our system, Their customer service skills are great and it was actually a pleasure having them here. They came with a smile and left with a smile. They do good work!!
Have used Dickerson Heating & Air for many services. Today Devon came to do semi-annual maintenance. He was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Will continue to use Dickerson for our needs in the future.
