Have used many different HVAC companies in the past, and Ferguson Heating & Air-conditioning has been by far the best. Have had Matthew service our system twice now, and hope he is the one we get every time. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and is happy to explain what he is doing and why. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing!! They came right out and provided us with superb service in order to get our A/C unit back operating correctly. Air conditioning unit quit working yesterday. Call Ferguson for repair. They were able to send a tech out right away. Matthew came to our home and was professional and very courteous. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem quickly, and got the system running again.
Service technician, Matthew, was excellent! He was professional, demonstrated good customer service skills and performed the service/maintenance superbly. Ferguson has been my HVAC provider for 22 years and has never disappointed.
Joel is always amazing! I’m always notified when he is on the way and he is always prompt and professional. I never will use any other business for my air-conditioning needs!

This is my second time using Ferguson (2 different issues) and both experiences have been 5+ star! Joel was our latest technician (4.27). He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - what more could you ask for? Within minutes he diagnosed the challenge, fixed it and even changed our air filter. This is full service! I will always go to Ferguson first for my HVAC needs as well as recommend them to all my friends, family and colleagues. Many thanks to Abraham as well, our first technician that serviced our HVAC last year!

I called about a leaking condensate pump and they were here within an hour with a replacement. Courteous and professional. Answered tons of my questions about my upstairs a.c. ductwork and options totally unrelated to initial service call. (Thank you, Abraham!) I decided to sign up for a yearly maintenance plan on the spot. Very happy with their service!
Expectations!! I currently have a warranty on my AC unit with Carrier and need it to be replaced not just fixed. I haven't had any work done yet, but from the customer service I have experienced from Susan assures me that I am in the right place. I wish I would have know about them before. Once I have services completed I will write another review. Right now Susan has me at a 5 star review for Ferguson!
Kelly, the technician, was outstanding!!!!! He provided detailed, thorough maintenance service. He explained what he was going to do, did it in a timely manner and in closing explained the results. All while doing this, he maintained a very pleasant attitude....you could easily tell, he enjoys what he does. Kelly just reflects the culture of Ferguson's that I've become accustom to over my 20-year association with them. REWms
We had the problem with our HVAC not cooling. I scheduled online for a check-up of the system, Ms. Susan contacted me and sent Abraham. Abraham a very fine young man was able to diagnosed and found the problems (condenser fan motor and evaporator coil with major refrigerant leaks). He placed the order of the parts and rescheduled the next visit to replace the broken parts. Evaporator fan motor first and it was Abraham and Nolan who did the work patiently and did some more checking of the entire system. Nolan was also a very fine young man same as Abraham, both were very pleasant to work with and has always a smile in their faces. The next visit was to replace the evaporator coil, this time Abraham was not present but Kelly and Nolan. Kelly was friendly and professional as Nolan and Abraham. Kelly and Nolan patiently replaced the evaporator coil up in the very hot attic. And they made sure that the system was working efficiently before leaving our residence. I am so happy with their services, the entire duration of work Ms. Susan was keeping me informed of the schedules. Thank you Ferguson Heating and Air, you have very happy and professional staffs that help customers. I highly recommend them.
