Josh was our technician and he was great. So far I really like this company. They don’t try to sell you on a new heating system (just try to fix the issue at hand) of course my heat goes out the day before the coldest week we have had in as long as I can remember… Josh came out quickly and even returned later in the day when we had another issue pop up.
Air Logic is a great HVAC company. It’s been difficult to find a reliable and honest company to service our system. We have now found the company we will be using and recommending.
I contacted Air Logic on 7/5 when our AC went out on our downstairs unit. I spoke with Ashley who was amazing! She offered some trouble shooting suggestions for me try first to see if the unit would start working. I knew then that this was the company we wanted to do business with. We scheduled an appointment for 7/7. Not only did the technician arrive earlier than the time given, he was professional and skilled with identifying the problem and making the repair. Air Logic did not overcharge us nor try to upsell us on any other products or services. The technician left and emailed me the invoice for payment. I will be recommending Air Logic every chance I get. The level of service provided exceeded our expectations! Plus the air is working great!! Thank you!!!
My 2nd floor AC went out in the hottest week of the year. Air Logic came to the rescue quickly. My technician was Caleb and he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend!
It's been two years now since Air Logic installed our new Carrier unit. Not only has it worked to perfection and performed in every way Josh promised it would, but the followup maintenance service has also been top-drawer. Can't say enough good things about this move to spend a bit more to get the Cadillac of the industry but for the selection of Air Logic as well. Update: October 28, 2021 - At my recommendation my daughter purchased a Carrier two-unit system from Air Logic some sixteen or seventeen months ago. She had nothing but trouble with it and while Air Logic responded to her requests for help, they did so without success. In fact she was always left with the comment that it was either operator error or an attic not adequately insulated. Approximately two months after the one-year warranty on service expired, Air Logic stated they were not willing to deal with her anymore. As the Carrier was not operating in the depths of our Georgia summer heat and humidity, it was necessary to seek help from another firm. They immediately identified the problem as being in the duct and electrical system of the house. And at an expense of over $3k, modifications to both were done. The system has worked perfectly ever since. Neither Air Logic or Carrier will respond to our requests for reimbursement for the additional cost for materials and labor that should have been made in the original proposal and before a contract was accepted. In conclusion, beware if Air Logic is involved in your shopping. Have a second opinion on what you need before agreeing to a multi-thousand contract with that Senoia, Georgia firm.

Josh and his team have been a tremendous blessing to our family as we have worked with them the past year. They always respond quickly and professionally. This past winter, my wife was eight months pregnant when our furnace out. Josh and Tray made time to help us and took care of the issue only hours after my call. Our AC just stopped working upstairs, and again, Tray came out and had us back working in just hours! If you are looking for an honest, caring, knowledge company, I would recommend AriLogic highly!
