Our AC went out during this heatwave and United Air was able to get a tech out same day and we were cool again. Tech was professional, thorough and very helpful.
The most honest and fair HVAC company I’ve worked with. My home warranty company had initially sent another company to work on my unit. They were dishonest and did not know how/what to do. They switched me to United Air Temp and I was happy to see the gentleman that had previously worked on the unit before show up. He got it up and running and gave me direct and honest feedback about getting a new unit. Within a couple of days the team was here installing the new unit. They all were courteous, cleaned up their mess, even cleaned up my mess by sweeping down the stairs. The next day there was a challenge with the new unit (a drain pipe), they immediately came back out to fix it and make sure it was working as it should. I will always recommend United Air Temp!
This company is very reputable. Justin always arrives on a timely basis and communicated very clearly what needed to be done. He followed up every visit with a phone call and good information.

I've had multiple issues with my HVAC and had to call for service. I've had other companies come but I've chosen to use United Air Temp for the problems and regular servicing as they are honest, reliable and professional. They do the work properly and make recommendations for future but not pushy. I highly recommend them to anyone. I've used them at multiple locations including my primary and rental properties.
