Highly Recommend: We have used this company for 18 years and they have been extremely professional, attentive and have taken very good care of us. Our son just purchased his first home, and called them with an emergency AC outage. They responded immediately on a Saturday and took care of his issues as well. He will now use them to service his home. If we could give them 6 stars, we would! Y
For over 15 yrs, the Bartas have maintained our HVAC systems. Recently, the reliable and experienced owners and service technicians again exceeded expectations with immediate attention to an attic AC condensation line problem. The problem was diagnosed, corrected quickly, and warrantied fairly.
Trying to extend the life of my 20+ year old Trane systems with good, annual preventive maintenance. Because of their age, each unit leaks out a pound or two of freon every year, which is normal. With full charge, they cool well, so why spend thousands to replace them vs. a few hundred to re-charge? Becoming more difficult to find R-22, and the price (R-22 is often recovered (=free) from de-commissioned units!) has become stupidly expensive. Atlantic Services had a drop-in replacement (R-407A) for R-22 at a reasonable price. In addition, other major HVAC service companies ALL pressure me to replace my 'old, obsolete, inefficient' units at every visit. I'm a mechanical engineer....the "more efficient" new unit's energy cost savings will NEVER economically justify the expense of replacing a working unit with a new unit. Atlantic Services did not try to upsell me, or pressure to replace the unit(s) with new ones. When it is time to replace these units because of a compressor or coil failure, Atlantic Svcs is at the top of my list!
On short notice, Atlantic was able to get us heat before the upcoming cold snap. Katie and Susan were incredibly helpful in making contact and scheduling. Thank you all!
