* My overall experience was good, from the sales person to the installation. There were some delays in getting the windows but it’s ok. I understand due to Covid, delays were inevitable.

Very professional from installation crew and sales rep Mr Scott Berger I had another company competing for job but with the knowledge from Mr Berger I was able to make a informative decision and installation crew cleaned up like they was never here and explained new equipment

The project manager was not a good communicator. I had to call several times to get information
I was under a timeline set by county code enforcement and hoa complaints, everything was done early and quite nicely! Even finished the job on Sunday!
