Richard arrived within the expected appointment time interval window and immediately got to the job of finding out the cause of the loud noise coming from my relatively new 4 year old A/C unit. He assessed, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and answered all my questions and concerns. He serviced the outside unit and checked the inside utility room A/C portion of the HVAC system He was very thorough and professional throughout this appointment. The more I work them the more I regret using them. They installed a new system and created a traffic flow issue in my basement. Easily could have gotten it 1k cheeper (Costco thing) and the latest is the service tech took down my duck work and failed to replace. Called and have been ‘disconnected’ times. Ugh
Terry has been servicing our home for a number of years. As usual, he arrived when promised, was very courteous & efficient!
I was pleased that technician Terry Hightower was considerate enough to cover his shoes before entering property on a rainy day. He went right to work and checked the unit and reported it was operating normally and I was thankful. I will call on this company again as needed.
Jason did a great job today. During his routine maintenance visit he replaced two capacitors that were rusted and going bad, replaced the upstairs filter and added coolant to the downstairs unit. He was very professional and did his work quickly.
David Scott is the sales person who sized our replacement system and helped us to choose the systems that best fit our needs. He is an honest, straight shooter! We feel he did a great job of answering our questions and getting us the best price possible on our purchase.

Nick Scott was the technician who arrived for our PM - very professional, eager to answer questions, personable and great sense of humor. Kept us informed every step of the way as he performed the necessary maintenance. We will definitely request him for our next 6-month service date. Well, I've spent over $40,000 with this company. On two occasions I've put in the most expensive Lennox a/c and furnace system available. Since they've installed the systems, I've had multiple problems with the thermostat which was also replaced. When the second system was put in I noticed that the technicians brought out some new wires but never installed them. The last visit, they sent out a supervisor who told me that new wires need to be installed from the system out to the AC. He said that he would put me on the maintenance work order list but couldn't give me a date. Once again, my thermostat is out, and I am still waiting for them to run the lines that they say is needed. Needless to say, I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service. Since posting this they have come out to my house and replaced the wiring so I am hoping this fixes my problem once and for all. I will upgrade the rating once I'm convinced it's fixed for good.
