Beware Bardi…. Charged 650.00 to replace 25.00 pop off valve on water heater. Vincent, the Bardi plumber, was excellent. I have been completely taken advantage of by this company….. buyer beware.
I have used Bardi three times now! They are always timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I wasn't home the first time I used Bardi, but the technician communicated every move with me through text. The second time, Clayton was just as awesome. He explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. The third time Amber came to assist and she was amazing. Bardi makes me feel like they personally live in my home!! I would definitely use Bardi in the future and recommend them to anyone.
Jonathan installed a new cord from our recirculation pump to our Navien tankless hot water heater. He showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and ensured the hot water heater and recirculation pump were working as designed. He is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellent customer service. I highly recommend him for plumbing work.
I'm very satisfied with the service Mitch and his helper performed. He called ahead and actually arrived early. I was given a time in which the work would be completed and they finished on time. He did a professional job! Everything was left clean and working. Thank you Mitch and Bardi for handling my service so quickly. Over the July 4th holiday

Good morning. John was friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem quickly. I have a negative comment which doesn't reflect on the service provider, but when I signed the invoice and other paperwork it was on a phone so I couldn't see what I was signing. When I got the email, after the contractor left I saw a $25 dollar fee. I knew about the $88 service/diagnostic fee and the price of the repair, but there was no transparency with the $25 fee. I am bothered by that. Even if I couldn't do anything about it, I feel like slipping it in without consent was kind of a bad business move. Everything else was really great. From setting up the appointment to the service work.
Jeff Sena and Brad Berry were both amazing. I talked with Jeff first about getting a new HVAC unit for my home. We actually talked on a Saturday and he was straightforward and honest!! Then comes Brad out on a Sunday! He was the same way, straightforward and honest. He explained everything to my wife and I and we were impressed and decided to get a unit from Bardi!! I'm so glad that Jeff was the first person I spoke with because he put me at ease about the whole situation!! And I'm equally as happy that Brad came out to the house. I am comfortable with the the whole process.
Daniel is super knowledgeable and professional. Answered all questions and had great documentation and explanations. Walked through steps involved in both diagnosis and installation. Will use Bardi again.

Bardi is a fantastic company. They run their business like everyone else SHOULD, but it's getting more and more rare, these days. They are great with HVAC issues and plumbing. I recently needed my sewer line hydro-jetted and Jarrel was awesome! Very professional young man and extremely personable and professional. Joseph came out to camera my pipes and he was just as amazing. You guys hire some awesome people....proof that they still exist out there! (also getting more rare). I'm sure your training has a lot to do with this, but finding great people surely helps. Keep doing what you're doing and we'll keep calling you!
I’ve had Bardi out a few times over the last 2 weeks for different things. All of the employees were friendly, easy to talk to and didn’t try to sell me on something that wasn’t needed. They wore shoe covers when entering the house and made sure the door closed each time so not to let my dog out. They answered my questions and made sure I understood. Would highly recommend Bardi!
Ben was professional and attentive to everything that needed to be done. He arrived earlier than he stated and I thought that was very impressive.
I am very pleased with the work that Shelby did replacing the gas line in my house. He was very polite and professional. It was nice doing business with him and thank you again Bardi. If I ever have any other issues with the plumbing I will be sure to call you back. Thank you again

Kurt came out and fixed our pipe that burst. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing. He also installed an emergency shut off to the area. The service was quick and not overly expensive. All of the people I spoke to in scheduling were helpful and friendly. Very happy!
Nobody wants to replace their HVAC system but if you do I would HIGHLY recommend Bardi. They came the next day since I called at 2:00pm and installed the next day. I did shop around but Bardi was the best value. The sales associates and technicians were extremely professional, informative, and helpful.
