My 14 year A/C froze 2 times. It was probably overworked because I had heating fans from the water company drying the ceiling and carpet for 4 days due to washing machine broke on mothers day. It was a good thing it was fall like temperatures in May 22 2023 otherwise it would unbearable. I placed the order online and get a text back Sunday night stating will a tech will be here from 12-4 on Monday. I received a text stating David will be my tech. He even called and when arriving I explained what happened. He checked and asked if I change the filter in which I do like clockwork every three months. This is the second time my freon lost within 3-4 years but it was probably because of the heating fans. He put the freon R22 and I was shocked at the price(that was the most expensive) since they are being fazed out and needed 2 lbs. When putting the freon on temp went down quickly. However the test will be when it gets warmer. David also found 2 caps missing on the outside which also possible could be a slow leak so hopefully that will help. David did not try to sell me with the leak test because it would run into the thousands and felt that is all was needed with the freon. When David left I called the office and spoke to TJ and explained David was awesome. He stated will pass it on. I have a feeling I am going to have to baby the ac. I will have to seriously thinking of use Clarks plan of yearly maintenance otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Recently I moved in with someone who uses a Clark's competitor. We set up a direct comparison between Clark's and the other service. They were both called to schedule an estimate for adding a duct to a bedroom and to upgrade two thermostats. Clark's was polite, the other service was their typical rude old selfs. Clark's showed up on time, even slightly early. The engineer was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His solutions made sense. After he left, the estimates appeared in my email 10 minutes later! Wow, we are converts. We fired the competing HVAC service and Clark's is all we need. Thank you!
David Hornsby always shows up on time and professionally completes his service of our HVAC system. He listens carefully to see if the homeowner has any issues with operation and makes recommendations for solutions. I appreciate that it is always David who is scheduled by Clark’s Heating & Air for my semi-annual maintenance service. Thanks again.
Chad did a great job of maintenance on our two systems. He explained fully the condition of each unit. He was professional and courteous.
We had a new evaporator coil installed. Tom arrived on time with the new product and was finished in the estimated time that Clark’s said it would take. The system has been working great and Tom did a thorough job (besides being a very nice person).

We had significant vibration in the outside A/C unit. Clark's (specifically Senior Service Technician Brahim Mejri) came to inspect the unit in short order of my contacting the office and sending a video of the problem. They found the source of the vibration and remedied the issue. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service provided by Clark's Heating and Air.

The technicians called and arrived before the time slot. Found and fixed the issue when other HVAC techs from different companies were unable to. They were professional, fixed the issue with care, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend!
