The owner was super nice.. our ac went down and we weren’t able to be home during the day.. American came out, fixed our unit and called for cc payment over the phone.. and we came home to a nice cool house! Definitely will use again and recommend!
This weekend , I arrived at my lake cabin and found I had no heat..my Outside gas unit wasnt heating at all.. Im improvised That night . But Saturday at around 5:00 PM i decided to call a heating and Air business in Milledgeville Ga.. I called and left my name and number thinking it would be Monday before anyone would be able to service. Not 2 minutes after I left my messages. Garrick from American called me back.. He was actually at my house with in 30 min. extremely friendly and started looking and diagnosing my problem. He had to replace a couple of "relays" and again within 45 minutes my heat pump was up and working plus he also found another issue w my emergency heat which hadn"t worked in over a year and repaired this issue... and the price for repair was very reasonable.. I was up and heating and comfortable within an hour.. Garrick absolutely surpassed what i thought would happen...A Monday job but seen Saturday Diagnosised and repaired and completed with an h our and a half of calling him.. He was very kind, explained everything and just really professional. Just couldnt be more confident and happy to recommend ..Garrick and American Heating and Air..

Mr. Ballard is very knowledgeable. He responded promptly. He did not attempt to beat you out of money like so many other HVAC workers. He did a great job. I will call him every time. Thanks so much for taking the time to meet my family needs.
Had a little trouble with our unit...took them a few calls but they came out and are working on getting it back to running like new.
Definatly the best company in middle georgia. Fast, reliable, and fair prices. Came out to my house because my unit would not cone on. Within an hour our home was cooling again and we could not be more happy with the experience.

I highly recommend working with Garrick! My a/c stopped working on a Saturday night and I placed calls to four local companies, who listed themselves as ‘Open 24 hours’, early Sunday morning. Garrick called me back within an hour and was at my house within another. Actually, it’s been two days since then and he was the only one who called me back at all! I knew my a/c unit had seen better days but Garrick came out and replaced a part in hopes it would get better. There still wasn’t any improvement overnight and he came back out the next day to take another look. In the end, I needed to replace the whole unit but I feel as though Garrick did some great work at a great cost in great time. This is how you do business! My pups and I thank you!!!
In a county where honest, reliable professionals are hard to find, the crew from American Heating are top notch, knowledgeable, and very fair prices !!!! I had them install a new system in my home and I am more than satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
Great experience with American Heating and Air. Our A/C was knocked out in a lightning strike and they took care of us very quickly. Brandon and Garrick were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend using them.
Excellent service, fast response The skilled technician came to my home after 3 other companies couldn't find the problem, and repaired the short in my heating system. He even had the part on the truck and the fee was so much less than I thought it was going to be. This is one of the few honest and trustworthy companies out there. I highly recommend American Heating and Air to everyone.

Put in new system in August 2018. While putting it in, he shorted out our thermostat. He then tried to sell us a new one, we told him he should replace it for free. After a week, he finally did this. Last week when the weather cooled and the heat tried to kick on, it only blew cold air. Something is obviously not installed properly. We called several times Thursday and Friday. No response then or over weekend so called again Monday morning. No response. Then we called from a different number but didn't leave a message. He called back immediately. He was flustered when he realized it was us, he said he was just getting back in town from the weekend and would be out that afternoon or the next morning to fix it. He said "those fancy thermostat's always have problems". Probably should mention here that kids and grandkids gave us a Nest thermostat that we asked him to hook up on another system. He couldn't get it to work and said it was bad and we should return it. Late that night we watched a Youtube video and installed it ourselves and it works perfectly. Anyway, back to the current issue, he ever showed up. We called several times from both numbers and texted as well and he is not responding. I left a final message at 1:50pm Tuesday, October 30th telling him if he doesn't respond by 2:30pm I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say he never responded. I filed the complaint. I'm also posting this here to keep others from making the same mistake. We have four heat pumps on our property and last year he replaced another one and told us there was one that would not last more than a month. When he came to check the problem this year he said it needed replaced, but the pump he said was going to die, he said that one was in perfect condition, which makes me think he's more in the business of selling systems but not upkeep or maintaining, and obviously I question his know-how since he shorted out one thermostat, couldn't install a Nest thermostat
American air did a wonderful job. I had a not so good experience with another local contractor a few years back so I was very reluctant to try again. I must say that someone must have sent me a blessing because that was a joy to have such great service by a pleasant honest company. Thank YOu american heating and Air!!
Professional, quick response time. American Heating & Air installed a new unit for us, Mr. Garrick was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had, and their pricing and warranty is great. I highly recommend.
