Mark has been absolutely amazing! Our AC was giving us a lot of issues and he didn’t stop until he figured it out. We really appreciated the time and attention he spent on making sure everything was right and keeping us in the loop the whole time. I would 100% recommend using them!
My A/C stopped working when it was scorching hot and Dass came to my rescue. Mark went way above and beyond normal customer service to make sure I got a comfortable night's sleep. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional he truly cares for the customer's well-being and for that I am extremely grateful. Thank you!
Mark provides honest, simple answers to direct questions. He does excellent work and always responds whenever he's needed. Dass Air Conditioning & Heating has kept our no-insulation 120-year old house cool in the summer and warm in the winter with as minimal expense to us as possible. Highly recommended company; highly recommended technicians.

Mark Chambers was Wonderful Brookes husband Saved Santa from the HEAT. Diagnosed on the Phone, Brought part. 1 hr later was finished. He checked everything replaced my transformer, checked capacitor and Motor, replaced my Filter, and was the nicest Fellow ever. Santa has a new Favorite.

My wife and I bought a heating/ac unit from Dass probably 20 years ago. It has given great service and we have a Dass rep check it out each year. If you need a new unit or service on the one you have, I would highly recommend using Dass.
