Prompt and reliable
Thank you, Buzzell Plumbing! We noticed an emergency pipe blow out yesterday morning from our cellar basement. There was water everywhere. I called Buzzell immediately and within a few short minutes they set us up with a fantastic plumber. He was so courteous, knowledgeable and focused to complete our repair within a couple of hours. Derrick, you did a great job and the Reitnauers want to thank you!
March 14, 2023 we called this company to come out to do some work for us and they quoted one price on the phone. The worker showed up at our home blocked our driveway and then double the price on us. He processed to get up set and said the front desk person shouldn’t quote prices because he’s not going to work for that! Then he had the nerve to tell us we had to pay him for the service to come out 80 dollars! We paid him but they will not get any of our business again!! Please beware!! They will over charge you!!!!!
Amazing service! I had a major leak after a pipe burst right before I had to leave for work. I called Buzzell and they sent Travis Callahan, a fantastic plumber, whom was able to identify the issue and resolve it within 45 minutes. I could not be happier with speed and professionalism of this service.

I live on a slab and had a leak. Luckily it was located outside the house. Mark came over and looked at the problem then sent a man to fix it the next morning. Derrick arrived at my door and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently. He was polite and pefessional. He finished digging what I had started, made the repair and covered it all back up. I would recommend Buzzell plumbing to everyone who needs this service. Ask for Derrick. Great man for the job. Thanks a lot for the work.
I called, someone promptly came. They don't tell you they charge a fee for someone to come out. So imagine tha look on my face when the Technician asked for money at the end of his visit😡😡😡
The service tech was very professional How ever they are very over price. I was charge twice the price for a thermostat that is sold at Walmart for less than a $100.00 for the same thermostat.

My system was cleaned and serviced about 9 months ago by another company. The system stopped cooling The Buzzell tech went out and told me the system was dirty, needed to be cleaned for about $780 to determine if it had a leak. If leak was found, then I’d have to buy a new HVAC. Called another company who said the system was not dirty. They added a coolant and the system is working extremely well. The cost was less than half the cost of what Buzzell quoted and resolved the issue.
Buzzell has been providing the bi-annual service for my air conditioner/heat units for several years. They have always been on time and do a great job. This week, I had one go out! I received service promptly form Aaron who laid out my issues & all my options very well! I chose to replace since the unit was 11 years old. The costs was fair and the installers were professional, punctual, and cleaned up behind themselves. All in all, Buzzell made it as best as an "oh-no!" could be!! I will always use them.
Very impressed with this company! The pricing was upfront, reasonable & scheduling was punctual. Derrick, the service technician, was extremely professional & efficient when installing our new countertop/faucet. We have used other plumbing companies in the past but will be using Buzzell from now on. Thank you for a top-notch job, we really appreciate it!
