T&T came out promptly for an emergency repair on a holiday weekend. We were so grateful for their service and ended up hiring them to install a new tankless gas water heater. They were able to complete the installation right away and were friendly and professional. They provided frequent communication throughout the process and we are so happy with the final result. Thank you Thompson and Thompson!
Tim and Preston were great ! They arrived as scheduled and were friendly and helpful. Since we weren't able to repair our toilet, they were able to fix the problem. Trustworthy and honest! The simple fix was reflected in the charge. Thanks to Tim and Preston--They should be recognized for this !
A bunch of unethical thieves. They will rob you dry. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I am suing them for the $5000 they robbed from my family for a plumbing job that was never corrected yet they kept charging us. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to my father who has multiple apartment budlings. We will take our business to a company with morals and values. I have contacted the local news outlets and they will be covering our story. Scam artists!
An incredibly responsive and professional resource in Savannah. Called them in during a construction crisis and they certainly delivered. So happy with this firm.

I contacted the company to have someone come out and install my washer and dryer. It needed to be changed from a 4 prong to 3 prong due to an older house and the washer needed to be connected to the dryer for the steam line. They knew what needed to be done and sent the appropriate contractors (I assumed). The guys showed up promptly and did not look very experienced. Needless to say, they did not do the job correctly. My washer ONLY runs hot water and the steam line runs water to the dryer every time I turn the dryer on! This SHOULD NOT happen! I called to tell them company thinking they would do the appropriate thing and send out someone as soon as possible to fix it fast at no charge since this was their error. And especially since I paid $340 for the service which was a rip off in itself! The call center person said she could send out a plumber because those were electricians to look at it but they might charge me for whatever service he did! Are you kidding me?! You should have sent the right person to do the job from the beginning!!! I SHOULD NOT be charged again for their error! A good business would have corrected their mistake at no charge and done so without stress to the customer!!! Very bad business! And way overpriced for poor work.
Definitely the best company in this area to take care all your needs in my case with my A/C unit. They will come to your place within 24 hours max.

So, Thompson and Thompson was fast, effective, and good. I had a leaky toilet where the service line broke and the tank's bolts weren't as tight as they should have been. The technicians were very friendly. I believe they were done with the job in like 10 to 20 minutes, but as other people mentioned it's 50 dollars for them to come out and the job for less than 20 minutes came out to be over $300. I kind of feel like I should have drove out to Lowes and got some better tools and have a YouTube ready.
The service was good, but almost $400 to replace a faucet?
We had an issue a few months ago that returned and Thompson and Thompson came back out. Turns out our small problem was a massive one. One hole through our kitchen floor revealed a disaster under our slab. In the building or remodeling the prior home owners did NOT pitch our sewer pipe correctly and we had a very difficult situation to deal with. Chris Campbell was our technician and was ultimately the essential professional in his contact, courtesy and intensely hard work. While our problem was a major one lasting four weeks he was always doing his best to line up the outside resources and equipment needed to be there. It was a very expensive and difficult task, at 4 weeks and approximately 16k….but we shudder to think of using anyone else. They always cleaned up inside and worked with our working schedule. Don’t have photos of the outside trench, but it was pretty intense. They took care of our issue and made it right the way it should be. (They provided options as well and we went with the hardest, but the CORRECT option for future permanence) The vendors they did have to work with, at times were difficult to schedule, not Thompson and Thompson fault, they really pushed to get it done right. We appreciate working with Chris in our insane situation! :)
I want to convert my electric stove to gas. From where I want the tank to the stove is 15 feet away. Granted going through the attic makes the line about 25 feet long. Now realize, I wanted just the line. No tank or appliance installed. They had the audacity to quote over $2600 for a job even their man said would only take a couple of hours. I would have given zero stars if possible. Take your business elsewhere.
Service people were very knowledgeable. They worked all day to install my new unit and cleaned up after. Very good experience.
Office staff friendly. However it was $49 to explain they wanted to use camera at a cost of $490. Plus additional costs if a blockage was found.
Again Preston saves the Day highly recommend Thompson and Thompson plumbing services! I'm sure they're HVAC is just as good.
Unfortunately we were never able to book this company for a job despite the wonderful customer reviews from others which originally prompted me to reach out for an appt. Reached out to get an estimate for the first service listed on their website (hence the reason I called because they were advertising it as a service). Phone agent didn’t seem to have any idea they offered the service and seemed quite unprofessional when I said it appeared to be a service on the website. Booked an appt for an estimate a week out which is fine because I understand everyone is booked and busy. Specifically requested they reach out to my husband should they need to for the appt and gave my husbands number for the estimate as I would be at work. It was clarified they would do this. Everything including the address was confirmed over the phone. A simple address that I actually reiterated a few times on the phone. The day of the appt unbeknownst to me I had received several missed calls stating the plumber was on the way although I couldn’t see these at the time due to being at work. My husband received none despite me asking them to reach out to him and nobody turned up. After the appt time had passed my husband wondered if anyone would be coming out so reached out to the company and with a little bit of back and forth managed to get the plumber on the phone who had been assigned to the job. It turned out the plumber had gone out to give the estimate but somehow had gone to the wrong house. Stated a completely different number back to my husband. Something I don’t see being possible getting mixed up so badly when it was reconfirmed on the phone. My husband clarified this was not our address. Due to the nature of the estimate the plumber stated that he could get an estimate emailed to us by later that day or the next morning without having to come back out. We received nothing apart from the next morning a text asking us how our plumber had done. Since just about everything went wrong - i
They were able to schedule me for next day services. Very professional ! Preston came out this morning and fixed all my issues. He was very descriptive and what the issues were and how he planned to fix it. He was able to resolve all my issues upon the initial meeting.
They came on a Saturday to make sure we actually needed the septic tank emptied. Turned out we didn't and the plumber cleared the block in the main line. Awesome response time and honest employees. Our go to plumbers now.
Tim was amazing: he was quick to get here, gave an up front estimate, and resolved our clogged sewer line quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them!
I want to put a great word out… For quick response very quick call back and professional etiquette and courtesies. I actually had repaired and solve my problem before my appointment in the afternoon. Very impressed .I will definitely be using this company when I need them
