Tech was very professional and courteous. My air was blowing hot air and I couldn’t take it. First the tech said it would be the next day but he called me back and said he would be able to come same day!! I was relieved. He came and fixed my issue and now I’m cooling…. Literally 😊
I left a message for an appointment through their website on Sunday and received a call back within 10 minutes. They came out to my Boutique on Tuesday and finished up on Wednesday. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely call them back for any issues I may have with my store's hvac system.

Tevin came out and got my heating and air right, I initially hired a different company and he had to fix they mistakes, he was fast and professional, I now have this company on speed dial and will definitely be using them for future services, thanks Tevin and staff for your work and professionalism.
I was having issues with my gas furnace not turning on and I had a minor gas leak so I contacted this company and the gentleman was so professional over the phone and in person. He came out and diagnosed my issue and then next day I had my gas back working. Also rewired a few things that a previous technician had messed up. I will be contacting them for all my hvac needs from now on.

Tevin was absolutely amazing. He updated me as to when he was going to be here and in route. He diagnosed everything very quickly. He answered several of my questions (even the dumb ones), very knowledgeable and super sweet about everything. I couldn't ask for better. This is now my person. He even wiped his shoes before coming inside (I take notice and appreciate little things like that).
I cant say enough about Air Coast and their technician Tevin. He came out on a Saturday when my AC went out. Then found the part for an almost 30 year old unit on Monday and got me up and running Tuesday morning. Support local family businesses.
