Nikita was great!! Very upfront in verbally detailing the diagnostic work he planned to perform before he started. He was thorough in presenting my possible solutions to my HVAC problem and was very patient as I threw him a million questions (mainly pertaining to my lack of HVAC knowledge but also deciding on an effective but somewhat more affordable plan to resolve the issue). I am a do-it-yourselfer, working girl so having to call a big company and pay for help is big pill to swallow for me but Nikita was great to work with. He is very passionate Abt his work!

The technician was at the house within 12 hours of my online request. He called before he was on his way and was right on time. He was thorough in his analysis of the problem and provided various solutions based on budget. Very professional and personable. Moreover, although I was expecting to have to wait for parts to fix the AC issue, Wes located the part and came back to fix the repair the same day. His dedication and commitment to get the job done promptly and properly exceeded all my expectations. Would highly recommend their services.

Charles, our technician was on time, thorough and explained issues so they were easy to understand. Different options were available to choose from to address the most important issues now and minor ones at a later date. With the increase of prices occuring everywhere, this was a welcomed relief.

Service tech performed 6 month scheduled maintenance. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would be happy to have this person provide services in the future.
Nikita returned to provide a fogging treatment and then to install the top end preventative measure using a UV light chamber and ionizer. His work was neat and efficient with the same professional manner we saw when you first visited our home for regular maintenance. This time he worked with a trainee named Logan, who was very friendly and articulate, and seemed to be engaged with the solution. This was a good experience all around. The photo annotations show the external evidence of the UV lighting system panel on the top and the ionizer below.
Lisa was great in dispatch and John was at my house within an hour. John was very professional, told me pricing up front and finished the work with skill.
John was able to visit my place within couple of hours of request being placed and quickly made the required fix.
Chris was very professional during the quote process and put my mind at ease that we were approaching this the right way from a repair or replace perspective. He was able to clearly articulate the company value and educate me on the equipment and function of the system. I have not made a decision on the quote just yet, but my experience so far has been excellent. Review update: I decided to move forward with DC Cheek on the replacement of my outdoor AC unit and inside evap coil. Installation scheduling was relatively quick, and the actual instalation appointment went smoothly and quickly.
