I want to thank JE Mechanical for the prompt service call to my house. Both units were inoperative. The technician was very knowledgeable and kept us advised of the progress of the repair at all times. Another company was not able to fix the problem, and the JE Mechanical technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also discovered another problem with the heat on one of the units that we had been unaware of. He quickly repaired that problem. I especially appreciate the professionalism of the office staff and the speed with which JE Mechanical was able to dispatch a technician. Thanks again!

Very Professional and extremely knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired without delay. They also performed annual maintenance while they were there to prevent an additional trip. The technician even stayed after his normal business hours. I highly recommend this company!
*Update* I am updating this review in fairness to J E Mechanical. They did show up on Monday evening. They repaired the problem and have committed to fixing the damage created by my issue because of their delayed response. They did all of this with no cost to me. I am a believer that it is how you recover from a mistake that shows the true value of a supplier of service. *Original* I am a subscriber to their maintenance program. Last evening water was leaking from my return vent, so I called the emergency line. I was told I would get a call in the morning. Within an hour, water was pouring from the vent- nearly 6 gallons of water. My wife called back to the emergency line and left another message. As of this morning- no word from a technician, the office, or anyone from JE Mechanical. Apparently, there is no benefit for the maintenance plan and not counting the repair on the air conditioner, I am looking at thousands of dollars in damage to my home.

This company is excellent. Communication from the company to the customer is outstanding. The pricing is reasonable and the technicians were willing to explain fully what needed to happen. I feel very informed about what I paid for and why it was needed! 10/10 will use again
JE Mechanical did a fantastic job of servicing our two units. The tech explained everything and did not time to up-sale any services or units. I will be using them going forward. Which will probably be a long time from now.

Great Service. Diagnosis was quick and identified the root cause of the issue in no time. They share availabile options of fixes and shared the pros and cons of different resolutions and allowed us to be part of decision making in choosing the right resolution.
