My ac unit quit working Saturday pm. I called Ackers after hours number Sunday. Received a return call about 10 minutes later. They were at my house within 20 minutes and had my ac fixed shortly after. Couldn't ask for better service . If you need ac service I highly recommend Ackers.

Very professional, had to get my system replaced and they were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I spoke with the owner Bryan and he was very helpful with his knowledge and recommendations on what we needed. I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone else.
Our unit was 20 years old and worn out. The new unit cut my power bill in half! John was easy to work with and help find the right unit.

We have used Acker Heating and Cooling for years. They are a family owned company with a great group of people. Large enough to service several areas, but "small town" enough to know their customers. They are a company that can be trusted. They take the time to listen to the customer and answer questions to the best of their ability. We have never felt they were pressuring us to buy their service or product. They would present what we needed and would give us the time to talk it over and make a decision right for our budget. Because of how well they have handled all our needs, we trust them when we are faced with a quick decision (i.e. summer extreme heat and no a/c). If our system needs maintained or repaired, we feel Acker works hard to give us the best price possible to complete the job. We realize this is difficult in this economy today, but in the long run you keep customers longer by being a company known to be fair and honest. We have never felt this company was attempting to give us a "made" up diagnosis just make a dollar. They really do care for the customer and what the customer needs with an understanding that budgets can be tight, especially in these days of inflation. My family would highly recommend you using Acker Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs.
Very prompt and Professional. Turned out to be a repair of a sloppy low voltage wiring, by the PREVIOUS company. I definitely recommend Acker!

Acker heating and cooling was AWESOME! Our heater went out in the dead of winter, and I was dreading the cost of replacing our unit right before Christmas time. When we bought our house a year ago, I knew we would eventually have to replace it, but had hoped for a little more longevity with it. We were able to get an appointment promptly. The technician was great about communicating with me about his arrival and was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the issues to me at a level I could understand (I am not savvy with home appliances). Our unit was not fixable, as anticipated, but he showed us how to run the unit on gas and emergency heat to make it through the winter so we wouldn’t have to shell out the cost of a unit right before Christmas. We will definitely be using Acker when we have to replace our unit by summer. I highly recommend Acker Heating and Cooling and really appreciate their honesty and great customer service!
