We got a reminder call this morning about scheduling our regular seasonal A/C checkup. We were about to go out of town and had only a few hours before leaving, but Starr arranged for Tommy to come right away and got the work done so that we didn't have to wait until another day. I am so so sick of dealing with this company tell me why their job consists of diagnosing repairing and replacing air conditioning units and I cannot for the life of me in a weeks time get them to send me an invoice for number one the receipt for the $80 I paid for them to come out and look at the unit, two get a breakdown of the diagnosis of the unit, number three a detailed breakdown of the cost of repairs or replacement. They told me a week wait took 4 days to get me on the schedule then put me a week out then did not show up because of supposed rain and I'm sitting here watching it not rain all day that just sounds like more delays on their end it seems like all they can do is delay customers they sure plan to take my money I bet but yet they cannot do their job properly like any of it I'm seriously doubting the quality of the air conditioning unit and installation at this point because they refused to call me back or send me a simple email with the information I need. I do not recommend this company Carrie David and Scott all pretend to be very helpful and like they are going to get you what you need yet they do it on their own time and could care less about the customers and what they need.
