Wow!! I cannot speak highly enough about this company. We had an emergency situation here at my house. And I spoke with 6 different people and no one even cared to call back. I called J&J and Stacey called me back within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was honest efficient and had me up in running within the hour. I will never use any one else
Stacy Putnam just left. He was here at 8:00 on a Monday night, right before July 4th. Technically it's a holiday. This man came out diagnosed our system and got us up and running again within and hour. Very impressed. Thank you all so much.
Always do a good job
From quoting, to review of systems, to installation J&J out performed the competition. Stacy is wonderful to work with; very professional and knowledgeable about complete HVAC systems. 10 year Warranty on HVAC and 5 year Warranty on thermostat. The installation crew arrived on time, completed install same day, cleaned up work area. Stacy returned to inspect workmanship and program smart thermostat. My 15.5 SEER heat pump is quiet and the variable speed air handler controls humidity. I love my system.
J&J was prompt and professional when qouteing a new HVAC system. They provided options for every budget from minimum requirment budget friendly to top of the line. as well as pros and cons of each. they also offer a great labor warranty. Top notch install as well. Showed up as scheduled and got to work immediately completed job in a timely manner.
Water Heater Line Repair This is the first time I’ve had to use a plumber for my own home. My water heater line decided it wanted to be be Old Faithful from Geyser National Park for Halloween. Needless to say I woke up to a not so nice water show happening in my laundry room. I called right at 8am and was greeted with a very friendly and professional individual who got me the answers I was looking for right away. (A couple other places I called were not very friendly or gave me “I’ll have someone call you back”). I called around some more but the friendliness and helpfulness of Lisa sold me. She was able to get me in same day. The plumber, Austin, was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything I needed to know, fixed the problem, and gave me some solutions to help me in the event I was every faced with the same problem (water spewing everywhere even with the main shut off and line open). Needless to say it was an eventful day. What started as total chaos and frustration ended with peace of mind and gratitude for such a wonderful business. J and J was truly the answered prayer of a single mom struggling to stay afloat.

J&J has given me fair prices, quick response, and great customer service. Staff are very knowledgeable. I especially appreciate Joshua and Rome for the great support and installations they've provided on my 3 systems.

My water pressure was extremely low. Cole and Austin came out and told me exactly what the problem was. They completed the repair and were very friendly and professional. They also answered any questions I had. I would definitely use J & J again.
We have recently used J&J for AC and plumbing work and could not be more pleased with our experience! We used J and J to do some major plumbing for our house and we were very satisfied with our experience. They kept us under budget, were timely and all of their workers were professional. From start to finish the process was great. Later, we had a minor AC issue and they were prompt in getting to our home and the service agent was quick to get the issue resolved. The pricing was fair and even better than I expected. We will continue to use JandJ for any of our needs maintaining our home!
Never emailed me back with a quote. Basically came out for the service call and I had to constantly call them every other week with the same lame excuse.. just not the type of business I would ever use again!!!!
Once again J&J delivered! They installed my new unit 3 years ago & A/C was not blowing cool air Sunday evening, called at 8:00 Monday morning & was cooling down by 2:00. The technician, George Wilkerson was polite & professional, took care of the problem & got the a/c working quickly. I highly recommend J & J! Thanks guys!
