Showed up AN HOUR late with no excuses, sent a breakdown of quote two days AFTER they had already did the repairs even though I asked for it multiple times prior to the work and didn’t offer to remove shoes while walking on my carpet through the house, used my bathroom, used my electricity for over an hour plugging one of their tools but didn’t deduct it…. And very pricey!! Do not recommend at all…!
We needed our air handler coil replaced through our home warranty. Sub cooling, heating and air was very quick and very professional during the process.
My air conditioning went out when it was 97 degrees with a heat index of 107. They literally saved my life. I was going into heat exhaustion because my temperature in my house was 89 degrees. They came out one hour after my daughter called them. The condenser needed to be replaced. They drove to Jacksonville to get the replacement and charged me only $120.00!! I can not thank them enough!
Horrible service, set up an appointment to get an estimate to fix ac and they never showed up. Called them to see what was going on and they said they had to reschedule. I explained to them I had taken the day off to wait for them and could not take another day off so soon, they laughed at me over the phone. After getting the estimate and giving it to our warranty service they tried to tack on other expenses we had to cover
Beware these people do business with Choice Home Warranty, the warranty company who won’t cover anything and tell you to look at section A line 2 of the policy “ any known or unknown preexisting condition will not be covered “ so they don’t cover anything and Sub Cooling comes out does a 15 min once over on your system grabs the $60 copay plus a $2.40 convience fee for using a credit card then skulks away a few feet down the street to file a report with their buddies at Choice Home so repair can be declined and they pocket $60 of my kids grocery money for 15 minutes of nothing! Crooks in Wintersprings same as the Choice Home crooks in New Jersey! The FB and BBB reviews of Choice tell all about these businesses! Run and call someone honest!
This company goes the extra mile to get the job done. I am a property manager and receive many calls a year for AC service. This company is quick to respond and reasonably priced. If you purchase a unit through them they register the warranty for you.
Fast response over the phone, staff show on schedule and are very professional. Also they are reasonably priced.
Tech came out and said freon was leaking which was why the AC wasn't working. The charged me $200 to to a freon leak test and told me the hole was in the evaporator coils. I sent another AC tech out the next day to get a second opinion who said the freon was NOT leaking at all and the evaporator coils were fine and got the AC working again without doing anything else. When I called Subcooling and spoke to Jason, he could not explain why this would happen and when I was expressing my dissatisfaction, he said I was too upset, talking to loud and hung up on me. My recommendation is to call someone else as I believe this company has questionable practices at best.
Thanks to the guys at Sub-Cooling I have a working A/C unit this very hot Summer. They are very knowledgeable and offer outstanding and prompt service. I will call them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!!

I called for a problem with my AC blowing air but not cooling. My home was hot hot hot. I asked Kristen if there was any way they could come the same day since I just had surgery days earlier. She said that may not be possible. I asked her to please consider my dire need for help due to my circumstances I could prove and she said she would try. She calls me later and said there was a cancellation and scheduled me the same day. Most companies were booked for a week so I was so thankful. Billy (tech) came to my home and helped fix the problem and I’m extremely grateful to both Kristen & Billy. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Great company! Sub-Cooling Heating & Air Conditioning offers great on-time service at a good price. I’ve used them on several properties and each time they have exceeded my expectations. I recommend them to everyone.

I manage a business park with 13 bldgs. & over 150 tenants. I have referred Sub-Cooling to more people than I can count and I've never heard anyone complain, but instead, calling to thank me because they were so happy with the service the received! In addition to that, I have used them personally. The technician didn't waste time, diagnosed my problem and was very efficient. They are reasonably priced and have always done a great job for me!
