Charged $460 for a service call just to tell me my system is shot. Absolute highway robbery.

I had to schedule time to do a quote for insulation installation in two attic areas and above the garage. The person who showed up to do the quote did not have measuring equipment and asked me how big the areas were. Really? I could have done that online and not waisted my day. Then the quote came in. I got another quote from another company and they pulled the plan for my home, gave me a quote based on actual measurements, and the quote came in at half the price.
Al arrived on time and was very informative on getting a quote for replacement of existing system. Talked with us about existing problems and made recommendations. He doesn’t do the sales of the systems but was very helpful in talking to someone that does the repairs. He will have the Sales dept give us a quote based on what he recommends and our needs.
