Chris Kelley was very professional!! from start to finish. Chris shared advice on what we can do to keep our unit healthy with the products to purchase. We appreciate your service thank you for going above and beyond.
Chris Kelly was my tech. Honest, helpful and efficient.
Thank you Strada services and Chris Kelly for keeping our a/c well maintained. Preventative maintenance is key!
Chris Kelley from Strada was very helpful when it came to our AC units. Had insightful tips and answered all questions we had.
The technician who came to my home was very professional and helpful. However, I would not recommend this company and will no longer use their services because they acquired One Stop in 2022 and I had an auto-renew warranty with One Stop that Strada would not honor. As a customer, I was never notified by Strada that they were being acquired and that my warranty would not be honored by the new company and that I would need to set-up a new plan if I wanted coverage. When calling the customer service line and speaking with the supervisor, Lolly, I was told a number of reasons why they would only honor the first year of warranty which expired last month. I had paperwork contradicting all the excuses including auto-renewal information necessary to bill and contact me. I know Strada had all my information too because when the technician arrived he asked to confirm all my information that they had on file and I had not provided anything other than my address and phone number but they had my One Stop profile. They did not offer to even help me get set up on a new warranty or service to assist, only indicated that they would be billing me full charges for services and parts as if I was a brand new customer - no exceptions.
Strada maintenance tech Christopher Kelley is a real professional, easy to talk to, and ensured I understood everything he tested to keep our 2 AC units running. I’ll be asking for him by name when I need service in the future
Brian Bernier best technician ever! Excellent, high-quality job! Absolutely will request him again for any upcoming appointment.
Chris was very professional and thorough with my A/C maintenance.
Chris Kelley was very professional from start to finish. He arrived at the early point of our service window, talked through everything he was doing, and shared advice on what we can always do to keep our unit healthy. This was our first experience with Strada, as they honored a contract from a previous company. We will definitely be signing up for a new service plan with Strada and requesting Chris for maintenance.
Great friendly responsive business. My AC unit in my new build home has been having trouble almost on a yearly basis. While minus 1 star for a bad AC system (built by Trane), Strada (formerly One Stop) has been good about getting it fixed quickly - which is essential in Florida. The tech, Serge, is great at troubleshooting, explaining the issue in a manner that I understand, and working with me on timing and price. I may have brought my business elsewhere if it weren't for Serge and the office people who have been so accommodating. Get on the maintenance plan, just like a yearly physical, an ounce of prevention is worth the cure.
Serge was our Tech that came out for maintenances on our A/C. He was Excellent, very professional and knowledgably! Wonderful doing business with this company!
We were without AC, Henrique showed up within the service window. He was very courteous and thorough. He had the system running in fairly short order, and the price was fair. I would use Strada again, and would request the same technician.
They installed a mini-split for me about four years ago. It stopped blowing cold after about two years and then I called them. They came out and charged me over 800 dollars to find a leak and replace the refrigerant lines. It worked for just over a year (conveniently past their warranty) and then did not work again. It seems like the company has reasonable install prices and then just robs you blind with repairs. I just can't be confident that they install quality products and make a living off of repairs.
To be clear; This review is for STRADA and not One Stop since Strada took them over. Terrible communication and whenever you call no one seems to know what it going on. Had them come out on a Thursday and they were happy to charge the visit and give the quote of which I accepted. they let us know it would probably be Monday they fix it Well we call Friday to make sure everything is okay and they told us we were scheduled for a visit that day. yay! Well someone must have read things wrong because they did not. Fine. We expected Monday anyway. We call Monday and we are informed they are waiting for us to accept the offer. Umm whut? I let them know I was happy to share screen caps of the date and confirmation (I come from a receipts or didn't happen generation) and that seemed to kick them into some gear but not the correct one. They let us know the part is ready and we are scheduled for Tuesday 8am to 10am. So of course no one shows up. When we called twice they said to be patient and someone would call when they were about a half hour away. Yeah okay, so I call a third time. By this time the story is "oh we ordered the wrong part. It probably won't be until Thursday but lol you know sometimes these things take a month" ....not with a COMPETENT Company it doesn't. Save yourself the hassel, stress, and overwhelming feeling of hopelessness and being taken advantage of and seek help elsewhere. They obviously don't care or are inadequate at the basic form of communication. It's called a phone, use it.
We've called 8 times in one day trying to reach someone to repair our AC under our service contact. Finally got someone and find out they're going out of business. Weren't planning on telling any of their customers. Service contracts won't be honored by the company buying them out. They've been very poor quality and unresponsive lately. This explains it. No way that we are giving the new company a chance if this is how things are handled in the transition. EDIT TO ADD: You care so much about your customers that you reply 7 months later? And never call any of the existing customers to notify them of the transition? Got it. It's still a no for me.
Strada took over when One Stop Cooling and Heating when out of business. I called for my yearly maintenance and they had a tech out to me next day. Julio Nieves was my technician and he was on time, friendly, accurate, and very helpful in giving tips for good maintenance. 100% recommend.
This company has absolutely horrible service. I had them install a new AC unit about 3 years ago. I chose this company because they advertised 24 hour service calls (or at the very least - 24 hour phone service). I pay for an extended service warranty plan. Over the past year I've had numerous problems with my unit. When I call them, they put you on hold for 10 minutes, then it directs you to a voicemail. They sometimes take 3-5 days to call back, then it may take them 3-5 days to schedule your service appointment. You can literally NEVER get someone on the phone when you call. Recently; I had a problem with my ducts which were poorly installed by them, and I went 8 days without AC because of this. When the tech came out to access the AC unit, he said he thought there was a duct issue, but he would not crawl under the house to service the blocked duct (isn't this his job?). Wound up one the ducts came loose due to a poor install, and it caused it tear and collapse into itself when I turned the unit on. The poor tech said he would have someone call me, and they never did. This was on a Friday morning. I tried multiple times to call them over the next few days, and nobody would answer. I left multiple messages. They did not call back until Tuesday (5 days later) and said they couldn't get someone out until Friday, but by then I already had it repaired. It only needed 3-4 feet of the duct to be replaced. I had to get someone else to come out and repair it that Monday, and they were able to come that afternoon. About 2-3 weeks later my AC stopped working again due to a bad capacitor. I called them and they said it would take 4 days for them to get here. I called another company (Service Experts), and they were able to get here to fix it that afternoon. AND they ever answered the phone when I called! I renewed my service warranty thru them. LOLOLOLOL!!! This company is totally biting off more than they can chew. They are poorly managed, and I assume they are terribl
Had a new Lennox system installed. Edwin the salesman was very proactive and communicated through the process. The system is very quiet and cools the house easily. I also like the new thermostat. Added 7/26/22: they installed ductwork incorrectly so half the house isn’t cooling correctly. They had several service people come out and said it was fine. Then they had a salesmen come out because I thought I needed a second unit only to be told the ductwork they did wasn’t done correctly and I didn’t need an additional unit. They DON’T return calls to schedule the fix . They DON’T respond to emails. They use to be good but now they’re horrible. Edit 8/31: this company is out of business! They were taken over by another company.
Never answer phone, emails, or inquiries. Employees have a strong attitude and recommended I get window AC units after waiting 3 days to get in contact with them. I was told the techs are booked so I will have to wait to have my AC repaired. Oh and this is a brand new AC installed by them, you can assume the quality in which they installed it.
You just lost my business for good; very poor customer service under the new "management". I understand changing management and even a name change, but not honoring an existing service contract and cancelling a part that was ordered under that agreement is bad customer service. I've been waiting months for that back ordered part and now am told I have to reorder and pay full price when it was previously covered under the (very expensive) service plan I had in place already.
