Blaine Handley was the tech from Frank Gay Services. He did an exceptional job. He communicated well during the work, and efficiently found the problem and made the repair. He was respectful of our property and made sure to leave the work area in clean condition. We are very pleased with the tech and his work.
Had a switch put in for mobile generator. A little pricey but a fantastic, quick job. Is rather pay more and have it done correctly and quickly. A++++
Loved Jack for the repipe - very professional explained in detail - was very attentive - Luis came installed my upgraded top of the line dishwasher - installing the sink , garbage disposal , faucet did a beautiful job. My favorite person Was Alexis who is the Safety Manager who spent a considerable amount of time going over every detail about the electrical issues I have in my mobile home Very knowledgeable, professional and personable! Love the people that came on my day off and got the stuff done very quickly!
They did such a great job! They didn’t waste a moment in getting to work. Very efficient and professional. I am eternally grateful, this house was 98 degrees and we were eager to get a new unit in. So happy with the end result!
A Great Plumber Cooper Lipinski! Lots of experience! Professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and honest! I highly recommend him and this company. His manager Joe is the BEST! Really listens to the customer. So does Cooper. Took care of my kitchen leak in no time! What a relief! Suggested many other services electrical, water pump, and air-conditioning, outside water valve to the building. and I took the 1-year family plan for the discount. After being misled by a representative/tech of FrankGay regarding electrical services there were unnecessary and added substantial costs. Brandon Lieras looked into our situation. He was the only representative that would return our call when he gave us his word. Brandon's honesty, customer care, and professional resolve was very much appreciated and restored our confidence in FrankGay Electrical.
Randhal did a fantastic job on my 2 new panel installations, rewiring my bedroom and installing new kitchen light fixture. Everything went smooth, it looks great and left work areas spotless. If anyone is having any work done and he is is available I'd recommend requesting Randhal.
Called day prior no availability to come out same day. I understood that, agent advised she would schedule me first thing the next day from 8am-10 am and assured me everything was set. I advised the agent of the immediate concern with my AC. The next morning nothing, no tech call, no one showed up I called in around 930 to find out the visit had a hold on it that was supposed to be removed when my appointment was scheduled and there was no availability for the rest of the day. Unacceptable!!!
Rashad did a fantastic job. He takes the time to fully explain in terms a non-electrician can understand. He does a complete inspection and shows pictures so you know what is wrong. He is professional, courteous and we learned a great deal. He is a major asset to the company.
Expert plumber. Kind and efficient! Reassured us things would be fixed and he did it quickly & completely. Great service! I like that I got called before he came to give me a time & sent his picture and name by text before he arrived! Great safety measure. I’m very happy.

Louis completed plumbing review and estimate for me; as with all Frank Gay employees I have been working with, he was very pleasant and professional. Five stars, again. Frank Gay plumbers completed repiping my entire home, I am very happy with their work. Costs more than some, but you get what you pay for, as they say. Highly recommended. Melvin and crew finished all my drywall repairs quickly and did an amazing job, now all the holes from plumbing repipe are completely gone and invisible. I think I am becoming one of this company’s best customers hahaha. Still more great service as I move through this process of upgrading my completely outdated condo.
Mario came out and was exceptionally quick with getting the surge protector installed! I had a bundle of questions about generator stuff and gfci plugs that he was happy to answer and break down so that I could understand everything as well. He was extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to have at our home. I will surely be requesting Mario in the future for any electrical needs even if we have to wait a bit for a spot on his schedule.
Excellent service provided by Connor Larsen. Once Connor arrived , he was respectful of the work site and surrounding area. Extremely diligent and professional. Took his time and finished the job properly. Connor was the embodiment of a professional. I would highly recommend the Frank Gay services.
I needed a plumber, googled “lake mary plumbing” and tapped the first one that came up and had such a good experience that I decided to actually leave a review. Jordan came early, was super cool to talk to, very professional, fixed my issues, advised and educated me along the way, and was extremely quick. The experience shows I really appreciated him taking the time to help me understand what’s up. I guess I have a go-to company now. That simple.
Joseph Gomez was exceptional. Professional. Knowledgeable. He was working, teaching and overseeing an up and coming A/C Technician. Patient and excellent teacher. Gomez gave me great tips on how to maintain monthly the entire A/C system. His explanations made sense and for extending the life the A/C. I would highly recommend Joseph Gomez. In the future I will request his services.
