On Wednesday the A/C in my house was not "keeping up". I called this company. The tech came out and when he was finished the air was cooling. So I thought it was fixed. $810 later it wasn't. Thursday a different tech came out. He couldn't find anything wrong with the unit. He figured it was the thermostat. So he changed the thermostat. No bill on that one yet. Friday the house is 90⁰. I call them and explain how hot it is. The owner of the company says it has to be the duct work. There must be a hole somewhere. We don't deal with that. Someone in the community recommended a guy he knows. I call him (Jorge) and he comes within 30 minutes. He finds the whole unit is frozen up and a freon leak. Not the duct work. While he is still at my house, this company sends a proposal for a new unit! Why!?! Your techs said there is nothing wrong with the unit. The price is over $7,000. Jorge fixed the a/c until I get a new unit. His price is $5,700. I was told by two different employees the owner will be calling me to make it right. Of course I haven't heard anything.
I've used Integrity Refrigeration and A/C since they started. They always have been very professional and on time. I just had a new system installed which I had been putting off for years. It started with a service call and when they looked at the problem it was too far gone. I was totally prepared for this. They started on replacing the entire system around 10:00 A.M and finished around 6:00 P.M the same day. Excellent service and the price was a lot better than I expected. They followed up with a check up a few days later and all was good. By the way I think the system they replaced was installed in the late '90's, so I got my monies worth on that one. I highly recommend them for all services, If you're not chilly, call Billy.
We used 2 companies before because they wouldn't tell us the truth on what problem was. Integrity explained and we used there service today. We are very pleased. I will definitely recommend to my family.
I called Integrity to get my Air Conditioning fixed. They came out to fix it but it started to rain. I thought they wouldn't get it fixed until the following day or so but they actually fixed my AC in the pouring rain using an umbrella! I could not believe it! I was extremely happy to have Cold A/C again in this Florida Heat! Integrity got me up and running quickly and did excellent work. I recommend Integrity if you want the job done right. They are true to their name.
Amazing work!! Vee is very professional and the man!!! Came the same day and figured out the problem and had my ac running. After 3 ac techs coming out he fixed the problem. Definitely will recommend and call them in the future if we have any issues.
Yandy is very professional, on time and very friendly and is very knowledgeable answering all my questions.

Called integrity because my system wasn’t cooling down like it should have been they came out and did and ac maintenance and the ac is back to blowing colder than ever. Very puntual and professional definitely recommend.

I called in for a service call on my walk in freezer at my restaurant. Technician reaches out and informs me that he is about 1 1/2 hours out for the call. I said okay. After 1 1/2 hours it turns out that we had figured it out and either way their technician was not even in route yet, even though they said it would be 1 1/2 hours, so at that point we decided to cancel the call. The owner of the company got upset and attempted to bill me for 275.00. I told him that I was not going to pay 275.00 because the technician didn’t arrive in the quoted time and by that time I was in my right to cancel the service call. The owner responded by saying that he will send the bill to collections and I told him to go ahead. Please don’t be fooled by this company. How do you attempt to bill someone when you didn’t even show up in the quoted time frame and didn’t even perform any work on the unit? They attempted to charge me 275.00 for a phone call, because the only thing they did was give me a call after my service request. Shady business practices.

Such a wonderful and reliable company! My heater system needed maintenance on Christmas Eve and they came out to fix it on such short notice on my part… I was so thankful being that it was freezing cold during those days. They are the best!
Great company, lives up to its name & Billy the owner is as down to earth as they come. Awesome tech Jeff, nicest person you'd want in the home, very conscientious and just does a great job and just what's needed, no upsell as others do!
Billy and his team were AMAZING! I called them to fix a freezer on my restaurant and to give maintenance to other fridge and they went above and beyond fixing the freezer. They waited until it was working properly and stayed more time to make sure it was all fixed. They even called me the next day in the morning to know how the freezer did during the night. 100% recommended!
