Jeremy arrived early and diagnosed my problem very quickly. He replaced the defective capacitor an had the air-conditioning back in service quickly. He honored the warranty and was very professional in both words and action. We were grateful that he was willing to come out on a Saturday afternoon.
The representative who came here was 100% a Occie the nicest guy I could’ve met. My problem was that they charged me $1100 to put a pump in that we’re selling at Home Depot for $100. The best ones were $200. I feel that I needed air-conditioning and they had me against a rock and a hard place and they took advantage of me with the price, but again the rep and the guy came and did the work I give a 10 the company for Rich greediness might as well put a gun to my head and took all my money
Blake Vallee did an excellent job troubleshooting and isolating my problem with no ac. After resolving the issue, he went above and beyond and checked the entire system to make ensure there were no more issues and explained issues he could foresee in the future. Very happy with his customer service skills and technical skills. Can tell he cares. Overall a great experience. Couldn't be happier with the service!
After our original air conditioning unit showed signs of imminent failure, I called this company. They were very helpful and professional, and the technician arrived within the time he estimated. We were shown various options for helping out our situation and it was overall a very good experience!

From initial call to Iceberg cooling and heating to tech Aaron Adordo call confirming he's in route, on site knowledgeably, straight forwardness, informational and getting me set for install of our brand new unit he was very down to earth, friendly and professional during the entire process.

Blake Vallee was very thorough, informative and made pictures of everything that needed to be replaced. He made sure that we understood all that would be done and made us feel very comfortable with the decision we were about to make. We could not have had a better experience. We definitely would give a 5* to Blake!!
Blake was our tech. Very courteous and professional sharing all the stuff happening with the clogged drains. Halfway done the house cooled off by three degrees. Will post another review on 30 days to confirm all is well.

I called this morning and got an appointment same day. They estimated a Tech would be out between 4p-8p but Jorge was able to arrive shortly after 12p. He was very professional, polite, and explained everything. I’m glad I called and he was able to replace the part so quickly. Thank you Jorge!!

On 26 June 23 both Erne Malone and Josue reported on time to correct an installment issue from 4 years ago done by previous technicians. They did an OUTSTANDING Job. They both were very knowledgeable and profesional. Hopefully this will correct the constant issue we have had with our AC system since it was first installed on 08 July 2019. They both answered all my concerns. I am extremely thankful to both Erne and Josue, they came to safe the day. They are both a GREAT asset to the Iceberg Company.
I had service done by another ac tech and he charged 271 to put in a starter,the fan still wouldn't turn (due to a palm fron getting caught up in there causing a high sqeeking noise) he said it would cost 767 for a new fan motor and that my compressor was already shot and would cost 3000 to purchase a new AC for 10,000 $ really pushing to just get new AC.I called Iceberg home services and Blake came out and immediately started to maneuver the fan blade to try and get it unstuck he was successful and we are so grateful 🙏 to this wonderful tech he also explained everything we needed to do purchase a new AC and really eased our minds of cost and getting things done correctly.Hes a honest and trustworthy person,I will definitely go with this company and him for my next new AC.

Service provided late in the day, technician was very professional and efficient. AC fixed and working in less than an hour. Did NOT like the amount charged for labor - told to call office in morning. Low star rating due to labor charged. I've used this company for many years, would have given 5 stars any other time.
