They are always on time and they also have great customer service. The technicians who come out to my house are very knowledgeable and they do not take long to fix my air conditioner. Called this company for my heating and air-conditioning repair. They were really quick to answer the phone, and when I spoke with them, they were very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my unit and gave me a great deal on the repairs. They also came out in a timely manner to make sure everything was up to code before they did any work on the unit. I've had other companies out before, but they weren't as responsive or helpful as these guys were. It's nice having someone who knows what they're doing look after your home!

Came out right away to check our new unit out after the hurricane damaged everything else
When I tried to install a smart thermostat, I ran into problems. In less than 30 minutes, the expert had the new thermostat and air conditioner up and running. He described how the system operated and the need for annual maintenance as a new homeowner. He'll be the first person we call if we have an HVAC problem or need maintenance.
AC was down. Called Matt, scheduled an appointment for next day in a few minutes. Mike showed up on time. They are professional, knowledgeable and skillful. Worked with different AC companies and technicians before. I am extremely happy with this company for the service. Thumb up!
Air plus has supplied and maintained my hvac system fo many years. They are prompt, professional and always ready to take on whatever is needed. Most recently the AC went out, they responded with a technician within 24 hours and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend! And my tech, is super!
Champion HVAC Services was great. I called late yesterday, my AC was not blowing air. I was looking for an appointment soon and they said they could get me in tomorrow. I received a text that I was on the schedule and I would receive a call when the tech was 25 minutes out. Tech called arrived and did a great job. He explained everything he did and presented options for the service. Great experience great company..
I reviewed Champion HVAC Services 8 months ago and need to update how wonderful they are. Ben and his team responded to my NO AC call at my rental property and fit us in that day. They solved the problem in a few minutes and fixed the AC on the spot, at an affordable price, once again. They are my a/c Champions and as a busy local Realtor, I will continue to refer them to my clients. You don't need to hesitate to call them.
We called Ben late in the evening and he was at our door the next day! We only use Champion HVAC Services because they are kind and honest and fairly priced ! Truly good people! I never worry about what they will say we need because I know they're honest. They take care of us and we will always call then when we need AC service.

Great experience from Champion HVAC Services with Ben . He was friendly, fast, and informed me about regular maintenance and upkeep. Definitely will keep them coming year to year. This is our 2nd year using One Stop and so far have been very pleased.
