Good for trane specific things and air filters. Not the fastest service even when they are not busy.
If I can give 0 stars to this Trane location I would go into the negatives, I am beyond upset and annoyed/frustrated with this place. I placed an order with a young lady here on Monday for two complete systems and the units were not in stock they were being brought in from Jacksonville would take a day or two to arrive. Well here we are Saturday and no updates on when the units are exactly coming Monday or Tuesday the days keep adding up. I have called several times no-one seems to know anything, no-one can find the order a manager does not call me back, this is going to turn into a legal issue the customer is beyond annoyed as well and nothing in sight. im going to be taking this to corporate. I see why I stopped selling these units in first place this is un-acceptable.

Got unloaded on time
I have been doing HVAC for 26 years. I have worked in six different states and I have never been treated so rudely at a Trane Supply, or any other parts house. considering they don't keep much in stock if I live down here I would probably just order from another dealer out of state.

I pick up the dumpsters from there but its clean and wide open for trucks to deliver and pick up!

Things are much better now. Many orders can be done on line with an app and the current staff is doing a great job.
Unfortunately I purchased an AC unit thinking they were the best. I have a unit that broke down in 3 yrs. The warranty was supposed to be for 10 yrs but the company went through loop wholes to not grant it. When I reached out to customer service I was contacted a week later that they would have someone call me, didn't happen. I spent a week in a hot Florida house because this junk of a company wouldn't assist me. Before this Trane AC I had a piece that lasted me over a decade without any issues. This is supposed to be a leading brand in AC's, instead its leading it straight to the ground. Junk of a company & equipment.

Quick to tell you they have parts in stock, but when you travel across town to pick it up they don't have it. On more then one occasion.
