Air Squad was highly professional and responded in an incredibly short amount of time to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this company because of their honesty, problem solving skills and workmanship.

The owner came to our home and was very disrespectful to my wife, claiming it was due to my “tone” as a deflection for his suddenly walking off rudely and disregarding her. Coming off as far more disrespectful than any “tone” I had. Ultimately, the situation got to the point this has been the worst experience with a contractor we have had in the area. He refused accountability all the way through for damaging our property as well and then blamed me because I wasn’t kind to his office staff from his disrespectful behavior to my family and home. Unacceptable. Do not recommend. Edit 1: Disclaimer: this Edit was written when the owner’s original response claimed this review was fabricated and continued to insult me and my integrity. What is 100% completely fabricated is the story you’re giving the public and your employee. I do not expect customers to have their loved ones and homes disrespected the way the owner of this company did to mine and then utterly fabricate his response. The only reason I called your office so upset is because your owner decided to disrespect my wife attempting to show him plans, then damaged our gate in his hastily made decision to abandon the job because of his fragile emotional state that I couldn’t be there to meet him as I had an urgent situation to respond to. It’s a poor story to excuse his actions to his employees and himself which he made a fake apology for the next day all while continuing to claim my “tone” rather than a fragile emotional state at a woman briefing him plans caused him to leave. He was abusive and disrespectful to my wife and home on his way out, and his excuse is a deflection for his actions. There’s no feelings left to it only hard evidence he would prefer didn’t get out. The renewed response here proves how this company will refuse accountability if they disrespect your family and home. Furthermore, ensure you check their reviews on Yelp and beyond. I called it was and emergency which caused my system to stop working and they said they be here to see what the problem was. So The air Squad is very reliable and professional. Air Squad was here at 8:30 am as promised and my new unit was installed by 12:30. The company is extremely professional and reliable. I purchased a Carrier 16 SEER unit and I cannot hear it running. I didn't realize it even turned on until Brian (my tech) knocked on the door to say they were finished. The company even offer 18 month financing with 0 interest if payments are made on time. I recommend them highly!

normally when someone is good at what they do we tend to give the 5 stars, in my case i am giving Darren the service tech. 10 stars. he brought to me knowledge, professionalism, experience and respect. His quality workmanship is superior to any i have seen in a long time. They are punctual, very clean and listens to your needs. I will always recommend Air Squad. and if you do take them , ask for darren, you will not be disappointed ............... I must add on to my review from a couple of months ago. This past holiday i had a problem with my a/c. I called Air Squad. I spoke to mark goldstein who at that point sent all his workers early for the holiday. once he heard of my situation,he himself came rushing over to fix the problem. My association with this company is like being with your own family. I believe if you call AIR SQUAD you will be extremely satisfied.

The Air Squad is a reliable, responsive family-owned business. My calls and texts are answered quickly by an owner and appointments are easy to schedule. Our service technician, Darren, was excellent! He arrived early for the maintenance visit and proceeded to conduct a thorough review of our a/c system, inside and outside our home. Darren was professional and knowledgeable, patiently responding to our questions and ensuring our system was working efficiently. He provided email follow-up, including many photos and specific quotes for maintenance work to be considered. There was no pressure or upselling. Excellent service!

If you want quality service Air Squad are the right people to call. It is incredible how amazing they are.. The way the owner treats his staff a stole my heart.. This is a unique company. They should be training others on how to service customers. Walking us through the process because we had mold in our home is what I needed for peace of mind. We changed the entire Duct system and we are extremely satisfied.... Job done the right way... I do not write reviews but I had to for this one!!!! They text you when they are on their way with a pic and name of the TECH... Its amazing!!!!! I give them a 10 out of 5!!!!! lol!!! Look no further they are the right person for the job!!!!!

Darren was punctual and on point ! He went over everything with me and explained it all well. Was able to get an appointment same week that I called just for a maintenance call.

These guys are amazing! I called and left a message on Thursday. They called back on Friday, stating they had acquired my account from a defunct dealer and would be glad to service me. The next day they were at my location and told me that the AC system was old, not working correctly and suggested a new HVAC system be installed. (my old one preceded our home purchase from 4 years before, and never was able to keep up with the Florida heat). Our new system was installed 3 days later by their wonderful team, led by Adrienne. For the past month since it was installed it has exceeded our expectations and our house is finally keeping us cool and comfortable. Mark Goldstein and his team are the best. Honest, competent, and on-time. Highly recommended!
